Fabulous
Fabulous resort and people. We were greeted with smiles and kindness throughout our stay, the rooms were extremely clean, the environment was beautiful and the breakfast was outstanding. The attention to detail was beyond compare beginning with the bell boys, front desk and housekeeping.

Relaxing riverside hotel close to the busy centre of Bangkok and its attractions
The hotel pool and surroundings gave great views of the river allowing you to chill out after the bustle of the surrounding city and its numerous must see sights. Attentive staff and good service. Easy walking distance of places to eat and drink out.

Perfect hotel for a relaxing stay in Bangkok
Excellent service, very attentive! We stayed last year and we will stay again if and when we are back in Bangkok! Thank you everyone at Riva Surya! It has nice views on the river side and it is conveniently located near a popular area with restaurants and bars! The pool area is very relaxing.

Nice and cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff
This very nice and cozy hotel is located directly on the Chao Phraya River. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a boat landing stage nearby, and there are also many restaurants close to the hotel.

Wonderful time
Fabulous stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were treated to a room upgrade, complementary fruit & cheese platter and a bottle of red wine upon arrival. Room had a river view, large deck with multiple outdoor seating options overlooking the pool. On our last night we had fresh coconut drink left for us in our room too.
