Great Hotel and great Customer service.
Great hotel very friendly staff and great location. The rooms are so comfortable . D Nice pool area where you can relax and the Clam Chowder is to die for! They even had some live music while you were having dinner. Breakfast was superb and an amazing aray of dishes to choose from.

Love this Boutique Hotel!
Love this boutique hotel. It was arranged through our tour operator and it is recommended in the Lonely Planet guide. Well located. The rooms are lovely, well-appointed, good bed, great towels. Great pool area and great towels. Beautiful river view. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wonderful attentive staff. My husband was delighted with his massage which was inexpensive by US standards, but more than you’ll pay at a Bangkok massage studio.

Excellent service and friendly staff, spacious room and comfortable king size bed. Fabulous food and thoughtfully presented. Located right on the river, lots of activity to see from the deck.Just a one night stay but would definitely stay again

Accommodating
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My flight arrive a little earlier than check-in time but they had a room ready for me anyways. Which was beautiful, clean and great view. Coming off over 20 hrs of flying, that was greatly appreciated. The restaurant staff, service and food was delightful, for both breakfast and dinner. I really enjoyed the hotel as well as the amenities, including the pool. Thank you to a great stay and great start to my trip

Another gem of a hotel in Bangkok
From arrival to checkout, absolutely phenomenal! The room was spotless and with lovely river views. Plenty of boat traffic but apart from the occassional noisy long-tail boat we never really heard anything. The pool was delicious; just warm enough to make it refreshing to have a post sun dip, without ever being too warm or too cool. And the poolside service was excellent. Really handy for the local eateries and bars, and a short walk to Khao San road. I really enjoy the older part of the city - it's got a bit more 'life' to it I find. Handy little 7/11 just down the street too. The food options were also excellent as was the cocktail selection. Could do with a bit of grease on that pontoon jetty though... never too noisy but it was noticeable poolside! We thoroughly enjoyed exploring Bangkok from this little peaceful haven amongst all the usual Bangkok mayhem.
