Very good services, staffs are very nice, polite and willing to help :) The room is big and clean with great river view. You can sit at the balcony and enjoy the atmosphere. The hotel is close to many tourist attractions. If you like to walk, they're not that far.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It is very well located. The rooms are big, very clean, the beds and linen ex excellent and most of all the staff are lovely, kind and super efficient to help. We loved our room with a view on the river and will be happy to book again next year!

This is a lovely boutique hotel. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. The staff are delightful and very helpful. The gentleman on the front desk who's name is Man is so helpful and knowledgeable about Bangkok and the surrounding area and always with a smile. The food in the restaurant is fantastic, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The pool is very nice to spend a few hours. I have been to Bangkok many times but not stayed in this area. It was a bit far out for me as I know the Sukhumvit area very well. I would thoroughly recommend this beautiful riverside hotel, it's very near to palaces, museums for any culture vultures I really enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at Riva Surya Bangkok from April 6th to 8th and had a truly fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located right on the Chao Phraya River, making it easy to reach many of Bangkok’s main sights. Even though we didn’t end up using the ferry much, we loved the vibrant riverside atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lovely balcony view. After long, hot days of exploring the city, the riverside pool was the perfect way to cool down – a true highlight and such a refreshing treat. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a great mix of Thai and international dishes, and the calm, boutique vibe of the hotel made us feel instantly at home. If you’re looking for a stylish, centrally located, and relaxing place to stay in Bangkok, Riva Surya is a fantastic choice. We’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is very central, only a couple of minutes from Khao San Road. But as it’s right at the river it doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of a huge city at all. The pool out back looks over the river, so does the restaurant. The staff was very very friendly, the hotel & the rooms clean and our room was very spacious and great. We had breakfast there once, which was ok. All in all we would definitely recommend this hotel & would also come again.
