Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

We’ve spent 5 nights in this wonderful hotel. It’s an oasis in the heart of the city, very good location with direct connection to Siam Paragon shopping mall. Lovely internal garden and great pool, where you can get rid of the noisy city. We choose the premium room, which has a perfect size even for three adults and comfy bathroom with a seperate toilet. Cleaning has a highest standard everywhere. Daily housekeeping is on the top. Service is perfect everywhere in the hotel. High quality breakfast for both European and Asian people. Immediate fulfillment of any requests. Even my truly critical mother felt very good. :) If next time we will be in Bangkok, we will choose only this hotel and recommend this hotel 100% to anyone.

Only one night here but everything here is so smooth. Since arrival till our departure. Jaruwan helps us to check in and check out. Friendly, welcome and natural 👏 Our room is sooo comfortable. Thanks you for the housekeeping team for your well prepared of our room. The card from the Reservation team is so nice too. We had our anniversary dinner at Alati. Every dish is superb!!! Thanks to Khun Tatsane, she is the best host and natural. My partner is not feeling well, he is coughing a lot. During the meal, she comes with a pot of hot water, lemon and honey. And the camomile tea for us after the meal. This is so thoughtful and touching. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Also Suriya at Alati and Naddaphon at Breakfast, thank you for your service. We will definitely come back.

I’m originally from Bangkok, so I’ve stayed at my fair share of hotels in the city, this hotel is totally great ! The overall atmosphere was so relaxing and enjoyable, it made it easy to unwind. I’ll definitely be coming back again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommended!

to be honest, this was our third hotel in thailand and we hoped to finish on a high. However as nice as the hotel is, lobby is beautiful and the staff are super friendly, its just not worth the money. The choice of restaurants is very limited and just not varied enough for a 5 star hotel. Our Duplex pool room again was lovely but the terrace was ridiculously small, there was literally no room to move around without getting your feet wet. Overall for the money, it was a disappointing experience.

We had the best massage of our entire trip at the spa! Special mention to Tuk and Ann our two masseuse who were fantastic and incredibly skillful! Felt super relaxed after. 😊 Would recommend the Kempinski spa to whoever is looking for a good, quality massage. 2 thumbs up!
