I come to have a meeting with my friend. 1897 Lounge is so good, with perfect vibes and excellent service. It's give us a wonderful experience in BKK. Khun Peeranan and Khun Ratchaneegon take care of me so nicely. I will come back here again for sure!! ❤️❤️❤️

I come to chilling at 1897 lounge is good vibes, good service and staff so friendly Khun Mink , Khun Jean and Khun Veve take care me so nice and so funny. I so happy to always come here thank you everyone to take care of me. And food so yummy , high quality.

I had an enjoyable and a memorable stay in Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok! The receptionists were friendly, especially Chanaman (didn’t know if I spelt it correctly), remembering us with a warm welcome since last stay. The housekeepers like Prakong +Saitah were professional, especially I was a wheelchair user. The Chef of Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin was brilliant preparing a memorable anniversary dinner! All these reflected the hotel management has done a good job in retention and training of staff. The service of the hotel was above 5 stars, I decided to be the member of the hotel this time expressing our appreciation of the hospitality in this hotel !

Takky and her team at the Executive Lounge deliver exceptional service with care and professionalism. Their attention to detail and dedication make every visit enjoyable and comfortable. I believe they are one of the signatures of Siam Kempinski. 🥰🥰🥰

Excellent service staff. Special mention to all the staff at the kids club. Aimee/First/Fairy and many more. They were polite/ kind and kept the children well entertained. Was well taken care of by Tuk the masseuse at the hotel spa. Special mention to theerapot who facilitated our check-in at the airport departure. A well-mannered staff with great service standards. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. We will surely be back again.
