Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

This has been our No 1 choice for accommodation in Bangkok for past few years even though it is quite pricey for us. We appreciate the close proximity to Paragon and free buggy rides to Central World and BTS@Siam. All their staff are so friendly, courteous and helpful. We also enjoy their sumptuous breakfast at a leisurely pace and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also generously stocked up plenty of bottled drinking water for us and refill our mini bar daily at no charge. They even have a "pillows menu" in the room so that you will have a good night sleep. What else do you need?

We stayed 5 nights. The hotel amenities and the staff engagement are five star. We had a swim up room, which was large & had all amenities including iron & ironing board in wardrobe, though complimentary daily roning was offered. Great location with walk through to Icon Paragon shopping centre & MRT. We used the executive lounge often for breakfast & cocktail hour. The staff here, like all the staff were friendly & responsive. Highly recommended hotel.

First visit for 5 years and wondered why we had left it so long, we had an absolutely wonderful stay. Thank you the executive lounge team especially Takki for making my birthday so special. All the executive team were wonderful,sorry not to mention all by name. The red gentleman who remembered us after 5 years, he was so professional and his customer service skills were always fabulous so we understand why he was now a gentleman in red. Housekeeping were extremely good, our room was always kept spotless . The pool service was extremely good, the staff looked after us so well and knew what we needed before we even asked . See you next year!

Very good massage 💆‍♀️ great relaxing procedure, nice and attentive staff, fluffy towels. nice selection of aroma oils. liked everything very much. delicious tea after the procedure, nice room for relaxation. good music. and soft slippers

My wife and I stayed in Room 18 on 11 Jan to celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary at Siam Kempinski hotel, and I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience we had. The room was beautifully decorated, completed with a delightful welcome card, cake, and drinks that made our stay even more special. We were particularly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff members we encountered, from the front desk team to the Golf Car service. I would like to especially appreciated Karn's kind, friendly and professionalism. Additionally, Karn arranged a 3 PM late check-out for us, which allowed us to enjoy our time at the hotel and head straight to the airport without any rush. I truly appreciated her thoughtful gesture. Moreover, our time at The Spa was nothing short of extraordinary. The massages provided by Ann and Wan were incredibly relaxing and comfortable for both my wife and me. Their skills truly added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. We also want to express our appreciation for the breakfast and restaurant staffs. They were outstanding, and we were particularly grateful for their assistance in changing tables so that we could enjoy the scenic view. I wanted to commend the hotel's efforts in enhancing security on the ground floor rooms. Before our trip, I read a comment online about an unfortunate incident involving a robbery. I understand that this was an isolated case, but I was reassured by the prompt and serious response from your team, which demonstrated a high level of professionalism and commitment to guest safety. Once again, thank you for making our anniversary celebration a memorable one. We look forward to returning to Siam Kempinski Bangkok in the future and will certainly recommend your hotel to our friends and family.
