We were well aware of the trendy vibe and appearance of the hotel. The rooms are funky and on a high floor stunning views, with a great ambiance. Our room was great (not our normal room, which had a long term guest) and everything we experienced reinforced why we keep coming back. The cleanliness of our room was appreciated, Tong could not have looked after us any better. The Guest Experience Manager, Tina and her team of Martin & Gabriel were amazing. The knowledge and care taken are the reasons people come to Thailand. My husband had a couple of challenges (he has Parkinson’s Disease ~ PD) and Martin was so quick to bring ice, water & the wheelchair as the heat can cause a quick drop in BP. The staff at Chim Chim, Amandine, Pai & Ken were always attentive. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Ae in the pool area always had a warm smile and towel ready for a relaxing swim. The gymnasium was open 24/7 and was clean with great AC. Sherman Almeida (GM) couldn’t have done enough for us, even tried to secure our favourite room, however, perhaps next time. The hotel is centrally located to MBK and National Stadium. Endless appreciation to Sherman and his dedicated team for ensuring a wonderful stay.

Great hotel in the centre of Bankgok. - The rooms are spacious and well designed - A well equipped gym and swimming pool - The food and drink at Chim Chim and Paradise Lost was good - Amazing views from Paradise Lost including sunset views - The Breakfast is lovely and varied. - Located very close to the shopping centres of Siam Paragon, MBK and Siam Design. - The Concierge services are great from recommending tours to organising tours. My only gripe and not with the hotel, is with the tour staff who are often disinterested and rush you along to drivers who unwillingly take you to “Government” shops even at your protest. Often rude responses from the Drivers when you don’t make a purchase.

I asked several times from the reception to have a quiet room, they did not arrange it and i could not sleep because of the noise from the street day and night The reception staff were not friendly and they did not assist me There are other good hotels in the area ,i will not come again to this hotel

Visited in July 2023, I must say my decision to stay here was right. The best part of this hotel is its contemporary design and its location. I booked room on high floor and got the view of east which was one of the best ever city view I have ever had from any of my room till date. That single thing is enough to give it 5 out of 5 star. View was just breathtaking! Room design and washroom design was also unique and hand sachet was provided beside the pot. From the terrace the 360 degrees view is just ultimate. Watched sunset from the top while having a cocktail was one of the Bangkok bucket list activity which I did. The chim chim restaurant served nice pizza and I loved its cute ambiance too. The only thing that was missing was a souvenir shop. Breakfast was decent and swimming pool site was perfect.
