Amazing place, with a great view and atmosphere. The recommendations and drinks of Mean, Keng and Bank were really really good, thank you for that. Next time I'm in bangkok, will visit again by sure, maybe try one of the dishes, just take care that the kitchen closes before the bar.

Was wonderfully taken care of by Khun Keng the awesome bar tender and restaurant manager Khun Mean. Khun Keng Threw out his secret cocktail for us to try and it was lovely! Best for anniversary and for business dinners are tables are spread out and zoned. Thank you Khun Keng for the professional hospitality!

I used to stay in Accor Hotels and I’m the Gold member. 5 Feb, muddy water came out from the bathroom tap. It was not fixed for nearly an hour. Hotel Duty Manager arranged me to another room in the midnight but I was a Blue Theme room which I was initially written to the hotel that I didn’t want it in my booking. But as it was too late nearly 1:30am. I had to stay there. My boy didn’t sleep well in the Blue Theme room. Next morning Hotel Customer Manager upgrade us to a suite room. Finally we can have good sleep in my last day there. Thank you the Customer Manager.

What a great hotel with some really great staff . A massive shout out to Noom, Georgia, Luk Tao, Nene, JJ, Belle, Am, Draft, Tangmo, and Namphetch. This team is amazing and can not do enough for you . Breakfast is amazing, the pool area great and location is fantastic for everything. Thank you for everything. I really enjoyed my stay.

The infinity pool and Jacuzzi were standout features, though the Jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer for optimal relaxation. Early check in option was great after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options served in a beautifully designed dining area. The staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to assist, making the check-in and check out process seamless. A non alcoholic welcome drink upon arrival was super refreshing and a cute pastry surprise and non alcoholic lemon grass drink for my birthday was a thoughtful touch. The staff provided helpful recommendations on things to do and how to navigate the city, including easy access to nearby train stations. The Cassette Bar on the top floor was a highlight, offering a stylish ambiance and stunning city views. Another convenient feature was the option to use the hotel’s showers after checkout, which was especially appreciated on a hot day before traveling. While the surrounding area is quite congested due to traffic, the hotel remains easily accessible, and the coffee shop on the ground floor served excellent beverages. Overall, Beautiful SO/ Bangkok Hotel delivers a fantastic experience with top-tier service, stylish design, and great amenities, making it a highly recommended stay for those visiting Bangkok.
