Nick, Orwell, and Nine were great. I had the smoke signal drink and my wife had the saffire cocktail and both were phenomenal. They aren't just drinks, they are an experience. Best part of our trip so far. I recommend anyone to come to the bar for a wonderful time.

This is a comment long due. I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had a fantastic holiday in Bangkok. As described, the location is very convenient—just steps away from the metro. There’s even a car rental shop next door, where we rented a car during our trip to attend the Porsche Carrera Cup. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the park, and the outdoor pool was truly impressive. While Thailand has many hotels with great hardware, this one stands out not only for its excellent value but also for its outstanding service. One young staff member, Phet, left a particularly strong impression on me. I promised him I would leave a good review, and this is the reason I’m finally writing it. I hope he is still working at the hotel!

This is the best lifestyle luxury hotel in Bangkok, I appreciate their continuous improvement. *Highlights of My Stay:* 1. *Floor 9 – LGBTQ Night* : The diverse atmosphere was delightful, with creative and entertaining performances by the four drag queens. Their show left a lasting impression. 2. *Pool Party* : I attended the event on 12 April 2025, from 15:30 to 17:30, and was thoroughly impressed by the redesigned setup and decorations. The addition of water guns made the experience more interactive and fun. The inclusive vibe, where guests of all backgrounds—gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, straight, men, women, kids, and elderly—connected and enjoyed together, was truly remarkable. It stood out for me as even more enjoyable than the G-Circuit pool party. 3. *Ceiling Leak Response* : The prompt handling of the ceiling leak in room 2401 was commendable. I truly appreciated the arrangements for a new room and other responses. I’m already looking forward to Songkran 2026! 4. *Service Excellence* : The exceptional service in the lounge and reception continues to shine. It surpasses expectations and deserves recognition beyond Forbes 4-star standards.

I had an amazing stay, and a big part of that was thanks to the exceptional service provided by Onwell and Ice. From the moment I arrived, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. Onwell was incredibly professional and attentive, always greeting with a warm smile and helpful attitude. Ice was equally wonderful — friendly, polite, and always ready to assist with anything I needed.
