Hotel service is exceptional with attention to any small detail in order to ensure your full satisfaction and convenience. The facilities are well maintained and at top level. Ms. Mira from the reception remembered me from my last stay and made my welcome so smile.

We have a wonderful time. Great service all over the hotel especially in the club lounge. A big shout out to Khaow who assisted us with checking in and club lounge services. The hotel is located close to BTS train station and shopping center. The room is beautifully decorated.

We loved our stay at our favorite Sofitel in Sukhumvit Macky and his team went out of there way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay for our anniversary. To hotel is looking amazing after it has been refurbished. As always the food was outstanding especially the new Japanese restaurant. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Had an amazing time, what a wonderful hotel. A big thanks to the staff in the lounge, Khaow, Sindy, Friend and Sun for looking after us so well. Our bags got lost in transit and didn't make it with us and the staff at the hotel kindly followed up for us and our bags made it back to us quickly. I don't think we would have managed this without their wonderful assistance. A perfect location close to transport and plenty of shops and eateries nearby. The food and beverage offerings in the lounge were always amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel and if you aren't a platinum member of accor, treat yourself to a club room and you won't be disappointed.

This hotel is my second home. All the staff take care of their guests very well. Especially Mr Tony from the lobby who took care of me as soon as I arrived to check in and he keeps asking do I need any help. Everyone are so polite and humble. That’s why I call this has my second home.
