Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit

We have stayed in many Sofitels around the world and i would rate the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit as one of our favourites. Why? The service. Outstanding. One of the staff Ku.. in club Millesimee organised with her manager Macky a breakfast box as we had early morning tour and would have missed breakfast. I stayed at Sofitel Sukhumvit in Bangkok this November with my mum, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and delightful. As a Platinum member, I had the privilege of checking in at the executive lounge, and the service provided there was truly outstanding. Unfortunately, I misplaced the names of some of the wonderful staff I intended to thank personally, but I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone working in the executive lounge. Each staff member was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our stay was as relaxing as possible. The evening cocktails in the lounge were delightful, and breakfast was a daily highlight. On the first morning, I was recommended the beef, and though I initially thought it might be too heavy for breakfast, I gave it a try—and I ended up having it almost every day! It was so tender and delicious. I was also lucky enough to receive an upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is perfect, being close to public transport and just a short walk to the Terminal 21 shopping mall. The gym was another positive aspect of my stay. While it’s a bit small, it has all the equipment I needed. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff in the gym remembered me from my stay at Sofitel Sukhumvit 6-7 years ago. All in all, my mum and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. A huge thank you to all the staff, especially those in the executive lounge, for making it so special. I look forward to returning in the future!

This elegant hotel is located in the very center of Sukhumvit by the metro. „+” 1) rooms and their equipment - high level, 2) Accor All customer loyalty is appreciated, 3) Club Millesime and Belga Rooftop - meets the expectations of picky guests! 4) Hotel employees very nice, helpful, I do not want to mention names because I would miss a few people and they also deserve praise. 5) Very clean, room service twice a day. Very small „-” 1) The pool is mostly shaded, so it is difficult to get a tan but some may have enough sun. :) 2) Breakfasts during the holiday season (not only on weekends) should be until 11:00, it would result in smaller crowds and queues between 9-10:30, the choice could be bigger. But the food was very tasty.

Booked a trip to celebrate my mums birthday! From the check in , the hospitality and great service provided by gift and thanit was amazing! Everyone was so thoughtful and set the tone for a great stay. Being a platinum Accor member I got access to the club millesime lounge and I have to say the good at the lounge is some of the best I’ve had. From the Thai milk teas to the macarons and salads everything was high quality! Chef saint , chopper and kung and team were fabulous! Can’t wait to come back
