Great service all the time. Always happy to be back here. I come here yearly and service is always good. Recently heard some sounds in the evening but it didn't affect my sleep. Hoping that there can be usb ports built into the wall next time for easy charging

Always good service here. It seems less exclusive now, but I suppose that’s a good thing. The food is ok, but I miss the plain scone and the clotted cream. It’s nice to see the sane team is still here. All in all, still good value after many years.

Great hotel and amazing service. The staff went beyond and above to make sure we had an amazing stay. We were celebrating our anniversary. We received a complimentary room upgrade, tasty cake and a beautiful red rose for my wife. Highly recommend!

WOW! This hotel is amazing and definitely worth a stay. The staff here have thought about every tiny detail to ensure they offer a 5* service and experience to every guest. Staff are extremely attentive and the rooms are beautiful. The bars are a must do experience in themselves with luxury surroundings and cocktails on offer. I hope to come back one day for another stay here!
