One of the top hotels in the world
Fantastic experience and hotel. Especially the breakfast is out of this world. A visit to the roof with the bars and restaurants are a must do. Staying at the tower club also includes the wonderful service in the lounge area. Pool and fitness centre are a fine way to relax

For a 5* Hotel disappointed
For a 5* hotel and Michelin* restaurant, the package is unfortunately not correct. The hotel is nice, but very affected. Room ringhörig, door, cabinets etc. outdated. Breakfast buffet although large but small things are simply missing. If you ask for it you may get it, but asking for it every day, very tedious. Most staff lacks the training and language English for a 5* hotel. Friendliness also leaves a lot to be desired.

Wow the hotel is excellent in every ways I can imagine of. Starting from Concierge team to reception team. Check in and check out was easy and fast. I also got an early checkin and late checkout so that is a plus to my stay. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great experience, first time in Bangkok
We received an upgrade. Excellent hotel. Best views in Bangkok. The personal was very nice with us. The breakfast was good. We needed additional time for the check-out and it was permitted without any cost and any problem. We recommend Lebua.
