Incredible service, a beautiful location and somewhere will return and recommend. The staff were so friendly and kind, our baby was welcomed like a member of the family and we had the most amazing dinner in Amar. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay x

I have stayed here with my kids and wow….we truly had such a lovely time at the Palace! The attention from all staff for detail and their upmost intend to have us happy and comfortable during our stat was unique and truly 5 star! Even my Kids noticed and said how attentive and nice they are! As an example we wanted to join the outdoor Movie Night but unfortunaty it was all booked throughout our stay (around valentines so therefore really popular). To make up for it they suggested they Will make our room Cinema ready with blankets, popcorn and juices for the kids / a drink for me, and deliver a Movie throughout Apple TV. Unfortunately we at that time already had other plans, but the idea and suggestion were so sweet and thoughtful! My Kids Said they were the nicest staff! Thank you for making our stay Perfect and smooth from start to finish! Biggest recommendation from us!

The El Palace is an exceptional hotel. Notwithstanding the gracious interior equaling fine hotels of the past, the reason to stay at the El Palace is the exceptional staff. From my first email requesting information for tours during our stay, to the best gelato spot in the area, every inquiry was met with professionalism, abundant knowledge and a kind smile. Our stay in Barcelona was enhanced by the Concierge staff's genuine interest in our Barcelona experience. We will be back!

From the moment we stepped into El Palace we were made to feel extra special..the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the bedrooms are truly amazing . The decor is wonderful . We enjoyed the breakfast ..afternoon tea and drinks at the bar..We will definitely be back

I recently stayed at Hotel El Palace with high expectations, given its reputation and premium pricing. However, my experience fell well below the standard one would anticipate from a luxury establishment. The stay began with a frustrating check-in process, where I was left waiting on the terrace for over an hour without assistance. I ultimately had to take matters into my own hands, which was far from the seamless service expected. Additionally, one of the two guest elevators was out of order, yet there was no signage indicating this, leading to unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. The room itself presented several maintenance issues. The bathroom tap was defective, spraying water unless turned to a mere trickle. The lighting in the room could not be fully turned off, requiring me to manually unplug lamps to achieve darkness. Furthermore, turn-down service was not provided on my last evening, which was an unexpected oversight. For a hotel of this caliber, these shortcomings were not only disappointing but also made the stay feel overvalued. I hope they will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to ensure future guests receive the level of hospitality expected from Hotel El Palace.
