Sara at the front Desk is wonderful , the Eurostars Grand Marina could not have picked a better person to represent them than Sara. she was kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The hotel is lovely and clean, close to everything and has a beautiful view, will stay there again.

Great customer service!
Arrived late in Spain and our luggage did not. The gentleman who worked the reception desk was amazing. We told him our luggage did not make it and he gave me a shirt that was a new employee uniform to sleep in! He definitely went over and above!!

Plansantly surprised!
We arrived around 10:30 am and was told that our room was ready. Over the years we have traveled and stayed at many different hotels, but had never able to get into our room before 2:00 pm This was Really a great surprise for us! In addition, this hotel is located very convenient to every thing, especially for cruise ship travelers. The room was very clean with great view., and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, too Highly recommend.

The worst option in Barcelona!
Really bad place to stay! If you are visiting Barcelona you deserves a better place! The worst option for New Year's Eve, they close the restaurant and bar and you have no options. Rude and tired staff! We found a spider in the bathroom! I don’t recommend!

Perfect service, the best location and good price
Highly recomended. Best locatin, very pleasant and kind stuff!!! We will be back again.. We had a see view and it was lovely. They have a briliant breakfast. Safe place, very clean and good for couples, families. The best price for perfect service. Thank you.
