Barcelona, Spain's most design-conscious city, is home to the inimitable and stylish H10 Casanova. Transformed from an 18th-century limestone residence into a truly hip and elegant hotel combining modern design with theatrical flair, the Casanova is ideally located in the heart of this vibrant city. Inspired by the surrounding Gaudi architecture and buzzing arts scene, the Casanova features an angular sun-lit lobby with a pistachio back-lit bar, whimsical lighting fixtures and sculptural chairs, while guest rooms perfectly suit the spirit of this cosmopolitan city. At the Casanova, fall in love with delectable cuisine, decadent spa treatments and eternally chic accommodations in beautiful Barcelona.

Great hotel. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Received a wonderful surprise when a bottle of cava and some chocolates were delivered to our room for my husband’s birthday from the hotel management. Such a thoughtful gesture.

We travelled as a group to take part in the Barcelona Marathon. This Hotel was absolutely amazing from the first second we stepped inside. The facilities and bedrooms are immaculate and the staff are so friendly and helpful at all times! I had the pleasure of dealing mostly with Eva from group bookings and our stay with a group of 43 people could not have gone smoother. The Hotel is perfectly situated in the City and also Breakfast and food options served are of the highest quality, as you can become accustomed to expect when staying in a H10 Hotel! 10/10

We had a very pleasant stay at H10 Casanova in Barcelona, staying for a few nights. We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious. The bed and linen were all very comfortable and felt luxurious. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the staff were friendly and helpful. Some more smiley than others. The breakfast was good, with a lot of variety and good quality products. The hotel is very well located, outside of the touristy area of Barcelona, but close to everything, or with easy access to it. The bus from the airport stops pretty much opposite the hotel and the metro station is a couple of minutes’ walk away. There are many places to eat near the hotel and one can walk to the Gothic quarter and García, and easily take a bus or metro to the Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell. The only negative point was that there is not much noise protection, so one can hear everything from the room above and the rooms on either side. We could hear people on the phone, watching TV, snoring… that spoiled our experience a bit. Otherwise, overall it was a positive experience and we would definitely recommend the hotel or stay again on our visit to Barcelona.

Amazing hotel, beautifully decorated, great location. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Cleanliness and service throughout was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding - huge variety, fresh and beautifully presented. Thoroughly recommended.

Total misrepresentation of a 4* hotel with air con. We chose this for a couples weekend away from our kids to REST and checked specifically to see that they had air con. It turns out that the air con only works in the day time and after that it’s centrally controlled heating ie so hot you can’t sleep aside from a massive fan. The fan is loud and dries you out, so it doesn’t help you sleep. Staff are not at all surprised when you complain because it clearly happens all the time. They offer a pathetic one word apology and are not even trained in apologising with empathy or finding a solution. The rooms are gorgeous and clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. But what’s the point when you’re boiling and not sleeping?! Location great. Pretty lobby. Facilities like the pool and gym are photographed well and executed poorly. They are way smaller than the photos. Don’t bother with this property. It’s a waste of the premium you pay.
