20th anniversary trip.
We recently stayed here on our anniversary trip. Before getting on our cruise ship. As soon as we arrived the bell hops were great. Once at the front desk we were informed we had been upgraded. We got a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. We were worried about the marathon going on when we were trying to get to the ship on the Sunday. The front desk assured us he had been working for years and comes in at 2pm without any problems.

Supperb location
It was second time . great location we was in the top of the hotel. Specially executive floor and 2 different breakfast really love it. View of swimming pool fantabulous. barceloneta beach , stadium is not so far. hopefully will back soon....

Mixed Bag of Mostly Good
Mixed bag of mostly good. For positives: we received a generous upgrade for diamond status, breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of choices and very good quality, staff friendly, 5 minute walk to metro, easy airport access in taxi for approx 40 euro. On the downside: room temp impossible to control (either heat on all the time or cold air), housekeeping forgot to refill waters 3 out of 6 days (called front desk who said they would send some up but they never did), front desk unaware of nearby pizza place that’s directly behind the hotel (30 second walk) and was good quality. Instead they directed us for another place they said was a 5 minute walk but was actually 18 minutes each way. Overall, we had a nice stay and would stay again.

Great value hotel, fantastic staff
We used this hotel as a pre cruise stay and where about to get a late checkout due to a delay in our cruise embarkation. Highlights were the great staff at checkin and particularly at breakfast. tthe breakfast was very good quality and the hotel is clean and fresh with a pre bookable Michelin starred restaurant. Highly recommended m.

Hilton level experience!!!
Excellent experience. Close to the beach. Great service. Recommend to get breakfast included in your reservation. When we come back to Barcelona (and we will for sure) I know where we will stay. It must be really awesome when one visits during the season.
