Our mother-daughter birthday weekend tradition at Hotel Arts Barcelona was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional ladies and gentlemen of the hotel made every detail unforgettable. The warm hospitality, stunning sea views, and thoughtful surprises left us feeling celebrated and cherished. Every moment, from the luxurious accommodations to the wonderful service, was crafted to perfection. Thank you, Hotel Arts Barcelona, for turning our special day into an extraordinary memory we will treasure forever. We can’t wait to return!

The level of personalization here was extraordinary. From remembering our beverage preferences at breakfast to providing spot-on local recommendations, the staff made us feel truly valued. The property's design creates a wonderful flow between spaces, and the gardens provided a serene escape. The evening turndown service included thoughtful touches that changed daily, keeping the experience fresh and delightful.

It looks kneet but everywhere is dirty, customer management is terrible they dont care about their customers, bedsheets don't get changed. Receptionists don't know how to do anything. If you look around most of the employees are young, and that's because more than half thr workers are interns, meaning they don't know anything, how can you expect tohave a good time when everything you need is delivered in a bad way or they don't know how to.

Our stay here was over the top. Everyone treated us as if we were the only guests. We had spare time while there and wanted to visit Mont Serrat. We were directed to Mery with concierge's. She did a phenomenal job arranging every detail of a tour for us. Their driver, Raul, was excellent. He drove us to the cable cars and met us up on Mont Serrat after we called him that we were finished. He then took us on a very scenic drive back down the mountain which included a 14th century church. This was a wonderful way to end our stay in Barcelona.

This is a lovely hotel. Not necessarily from the outside, but a real haven when inside! The service is excellent and nothing is too much for the solicitous and charming staff. The breakfast is excellent as is the food generally. Beautiful views and a good pool area with views over the sea. Rooms are a little dated and are currently undergoing renovation, but that does not detract from the experience. It will be even better after the renovations. A great hotel from which to experience Barcelona!
