Hotel Arts Barcelona never fails to impress. The service is impeccable—I’m always warmly welcomed. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, as is the room service, with attention to every detail. I always enjoy chatting with the friendly staff at reception and meeting interesting guests. The views are breathtaking, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending luxury with artistic charm. One of my absolute favorites in the world!

Even though it was almost a last minute booking via a 3rd party website, the hotel was extremely responsive and everything was set less than 24 hours after reservation. The penthouses really have incredible values during low season, well worth the price for the panoramic views, their sizes and the additional personalized services they come with. Without doubt the best lofts you can find in the city! Special thanks to all the friendly staffs at the penthouse reception and club 33, as well as the super efficient housekeeping team. Didn’t had the time to try the well known restaurants, will leave them for next time… Two issues that I need to point out: I know it’s a very large suite, but the light switch’s layout is confusing and unintuitive to use. For some reason the master switch will turn off every single lights of the bedroom, but not the individual lamps of the living room. Also, I couldn’t find any master switch near the bed, so I had to turn it off at the entrance and use my phone’s torch lamp to climb back the stairs. Not cool. The second issue is much less important and is a 1st world problem… In room 36H, the right side of the stereo system is not functioning, didn’t bother me but the hotel needs to know.
