Rooms are not bad .. some challenges with sound insulations specially if you open windows from other close guest rooms .. as a Hilton diamond member I was not recognized and my benefits were not given smoothly .. However a very nice and kind person front desk made a big difference in balancing things out .. her name is Laura .. very good human being and very professional in her job .. her energy and human interaction is great and made us much more comfortable and feeling we are at home.. she deserve all the best

Enjoyable stay in Barcelona
A very enjoyable stay in Barcelona. I recommend it wholeheartedly. The hotel staff is very polite and nice, open and helpful!!! Comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds. Additionally, I recommend tasty breakfasts and very good professional service. We especially liked Mr. Nowell :). The stay in Barcelona was very successful!!!

You will be happy with Ismael and Laura at Reception.
The hotel is nice, but the staff make this hotel 5*. Laura and Ismael were incredible. I have never experienced such a high level of customer service. Without them, this hotel would be adequate but with them this hotel SOARS.

Gem in Barcelona
Wonderful customer service, great location, and good breakfast. I would return to this hotel. It’s a great value for the level of customer service you receive and convenient location! There is also an amazing 5-star restaurant right next to the hotel. My mom and I were able to try their winter four course special at a very reasonable price…we will return.
