Great hotel in the gothic quarter.

Arrived at the hotel very early in the morning way before our room was ready. The entire staff made us right at home. Thomas (the S is silent) greeted us & got us some Cappuccinos. Then they were able make a room available. Their restaurant was excellent. Danial behind the bar was excellent. The room exceptional. The location perfect. Anything we needed they took care of. Could not ask for better.

A wonderful stay here in Barcelona.. the staff at the front desk were exemplary.. so kind and helpful.. the room most comfy and clean.. only one minor glitch is the difficulty (in busy times ) with transport if one has mobility issues.. but even then the staff did their best to assist.. fabulous stay and excellent location

A charming and historic oasis.

My husband and I spent a week at Hotel Neri, staying in one of their apartments just a few steps down the street. From the food and lodgings to the service and staff, it was a five-star experience from beginning to end. Thomas set the stage, with his exuberant welcome and helpful advice, and from then on, every interaction with the staff was absolutely amazing. The apartment was lovely and beautifully equipped, and the restaurant was cozy and charming. If you are looking for old world charm and new world comfort, we cannot say enough about Hotel Neri! We hope to return someday soon!

Outstanding hotel in the Gothic Quarter. First class service. Quiet clean contemporary rooms. Excellent breakfast. Close to everything. Go to the Restaurant La Cassola next door for lunch or dinner for wonderful home made food. Will always stay here in the future

An amazing, historic, luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the Gothic Quarter.

We stayed at Hotel Neri for 10 days in September 2024. The entire hotel experience in this small boutique hotel was excellent. The hotel is a historic old palace that has been converted in 22 luxury hotel rooms over 4 floors. The hotel was impeccably clean. All of the staff from the front desk, to the restaurant waiters to the cleaning staff were friendly, polite and responsive. A special shout out to the very friendly Tomas who went out of our way to make our stay great. The hotel location was also excellent being right in the heart of the very historic Gothic Quarter. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to anybody wanting to visit Barcelona. One small suggestion I would have would be for the hotel to set up an urn of water with glasses so you could have a nice glass of water when you come in from touring. Even though they would bring as many bottles of water to your room as you need, a lobby water station could also have bottles of water available to simply take back up to your room.
