We found the hotel conveniently located near a metro stop for access to the rest of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely appointed, with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. The club access provided a wonderful breakfast buffet (largest I have ever seen, spanning 3 rooms) and evening tapas and beer/wine. Absolutely one of my best hotel stays ever.

One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The staff were lovely, helpful and went out of their way to solve any issues (only one small one with check-in but that was our own fault for arriving early). Rooms were cleaned everyday to a high-standard and we appreciated the extra services the hotel offered such as providing items we may of forgotten to bring with us (even though we didn't use it ourselves, but the option was nice). Highly recommend! The location was also very useful, with lots of bus links into city centre and it also wasn't too far a drive from the airport. Both my friend and I would definitely return in future if we ever decide to revisit Barcelona for a holiday!!

Amazing hotel with perfect location in Barcelona. Visited the Barca Shop and museum. All good :) the dinner in the 19th floor restaurant was also an experience to remember. I love the T-bone and the wine list was amazing. We also had lunch in the Sofia Bar in the first floor. Lots of exiting small dishes and the oysters was a catch :) the service on all the different areas of the hotel is over expectation - visit next time you are in Barcelona.

It was a pretty terrible stay. As Hyatt globalists we were really excited about this property and I was also evaluating this hotel for upcoming company conferences. Needless to say we were very disappointed. The first two nights our AC was broken despite having a technician check and fix, and never went below 22.5 C. Because of this my husband could not sleep at all. We had set the room to 15C and it never got there. I spoke to a sweet young woman on the 3rd morning around 8am who sent an AC guy up to check, confirmed the AC was malfunctioning and told us we will be moved to a new room - a studio suite. She told us the room still needed cleaning and wouldn't be ready until the afternoon. That they will turn the temperature down to assure it is functional. We were told to pack our bags and that they would be moved to the new room while we were out during the day. However we came back at 8pm and the staff was completely confused. We had not been assigned a room, our belongings had not been moved, and they had not checked the AC. It took time for this all to settle. My baby was exhausted and had to stay up and extra house because of this, compromising her rest. In the new room the same issue occured, but this time the room did not go below 21.5 C. We asked for a lighter blanket for my husband to help the situation and were not sent that. And despite all this, we barely received any apology the day after or acknowledgement for the inconvenience. Typically other Hyatt properties would give us to credits at the hotel or Hyatt points for issues. I mentioned this to the manager who helped me the evening of the move and again, barely any consolation or apologies for our inconvenience. Even a small cake sent to the room would have been appreciated. On top of that, we were told the drinks in the room and snacks are complimentary, but we were charged for some chips and chocolate. And some days more than others. When I mentioned it at check out at 3am, I was assured it would be taken care of - but it was not and it still showed up on our bill as of now. This hotel is definitely not up to the Hyatt brand and level of service we are used to. Other cons are poor sound insulation (we heard so many noises from neighbors in the hallway and next door). One pro was that the Concierge guys were super sweet and helpful.

Rooms are spacious and lovely, but the most important thing is the staff, who were all just lovely! Everyone I interacted with, from the bell staff that showed me in, the front desk who provided me with a room in a great location, and the concierge who made a valiant effort trying to find a bar that would have the Mets game on, were all so welcoming and accommodating, and provided just impeccable and exemplary hospitality. Breakfast every morning was also outstanding
