Had a great breakfast buffet with family when we were staying there. Amazing spread and top notch service. The daily special (shakshuka) was amazing (though could’ve been spicier). Really appreciate the staff for taking care of us. We’d come back.

Great breakfast and location. Friendly stuff. Beautiful Hotel. In the middle of the luxury street in Barcelona. The rooftop ist great, the spa was also very good. Our second room was great. After our first room was not so good, they gave us another room

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here last weekend. Incredible, what a beautiful hotel . We started the weekend relaxing in the jacuzzi, pool in the spa , then some drinks and to our favourite restaurant in Barcelona , Vinitus. Next day breakfast was just amazing . Great service , friendly waiters and a selection of the best fresh products. Surely the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen in a hotel. We really enjoyed this getaway, we'll be back for our next anniversary.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying at the Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona. The beautiful hotel is centrally located on the very busy Paseo de Gracia which is equivalent to the Champs-Élysées in Paris. However, two Gaudi houses are also along this street. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff professional and welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights as part of a Viking pre-cruise that included excursions. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was roomy and included a seating area with sofa & chair. The king size bed was comfortable and the pillows amazing! The very large bathroom was tucked away behind two windowed pocket doors and included a shower, separate bathtub w/shower and heated towel bar, double vanity, and private toilet. A large flat screen TV was wall mounted above the desk. There was ample closet space, coffee bar, mini fridge and safe. The room was cleaned daily, refreshed in the evening and included chocolates and bottled water. We requested distilled water for a Cpap machine and it was delivered to the room. The restaurant on the 1st floor was a lovely surprise with a variety of menu options. The breakfast in the restaurant provided every thing you can imagine from ordering on the menu to a savory buffet and a sweet buffet. My favorite was the eggs Benedict and yogurt from the sweet buffet. The wait staff was superb! Very attentive and professional!! Five start to all of the staff including the receptionists. The Rooftop La Dolce Vitae bar/restaurant allowed breath taking views of the city including the Basilica de la Sagrada and the harbor. There are several sofa/coffee table areas as well as tables beneath a portico. The menu was wonderful with tapas to an arrange of meals. Over the 3 days, we ordered the Chef's Tapas Selection, Veal burger, Crunchie corn toastie with chicken tinga along with Coke Zero. The staff was fantastic, professional and friendly. The lobby has a large relaxing area where live piano is played in the evening. This hotel is simply elegant and beautiful! There is a Spa and indoor pool which we didn't use due to our short stay. We highly recommend this hotel if you are in Barcelona as it will not disappoint.
