We had a very fine stay at the Majestic. We were late in seeking a room at a good hotel in Barcelona when my partner found that there were rooms available at the Majestic. It was a very fortunate find! Our stay was most pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and we especially appreciated that we could manage the tempreature of the room to our liking. The front door staff were truly helpful and the food service people were great in keeping us well stocked with coffee. All in all, a very wonderful stay in a hotel with a great location!

Excellent Customer Service, Perfect Location, and Great Price-- holy trinity of travel choice for hotel and this one checks all the three boxes. I noticed most staffs here are men(they should have more women) and it was the only thing I thought needs improvement -- customer service is awesome. I /we were welcomed right away by the doorman who already know my name upon arrival-- name also was posted on tv screen inside the hotel. Complimentary drinks, basic toiletry, and the whole room we got is good (maybe needs a little upgrade) and clean. Hotel smells good and everyone here helped in making our stay convenient. Location is right there on the high end stores and famous La Rambla street. Lotsxof restaurants and stores, shopping is convenient. For the price and quality of service given to us, I'll rate this one 5 stars. We'll definitely be back.

This is one of the best hotels in Barcelona due to its central location and comfortable rooms. Saba parking elevator is just next to the entrance. We stay here often. There are some drawbacks however, this time we faced: housekeeping is very unstable, some days they don't clean the glasses, some days they bring two towels instead of three. The amenities kit upon our arrival was empty — just open bags left inside the box, and upon calling reception for replacement, they brought us a box of cookies (!??). Restaurant service is nice and hospitable.

I have visited many countries around the world, especially in Europe, and this hotel was one of the best experiences I have ever had. In particular, all the staff were excellent. No matter what I asked, they answered in a friendly and courteous manner and were really reliable and made me feel comfortable. I received a surprise birthday gift even though I didn't tell them anything, which was a great memory. The room we stayed are not too big but very quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices of Spanish food. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Barcelona. I would like to thank all the staff and we love you guys. Thank you so much for everything!

As a local who has stay in the hotel for a night, just say that makes you feel home. Important in a place with so many tourist. The new spa is a must and the food and the views at the Sagrada Familia from the terrace one of the best in town. Excellent location and service. Don’t hesitate to ask them for tips of the city. Don’t miss the sunday brunch, barcelona people love it!
