Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona

Dear GM & Hotel Majestic Staff: I have been staying here at the Hotel Majestic for the last 10 years for FC Barcelona Juvenil Futbol Training & I have come to feel like Family here. I have built such wonderful life long relationships with the staff here who have always treated me and my family with the kindest care and friendship I have never experienced in any other hotel. Your staff always greets me, they have learned our names and always greet us with a smile and a friendly comment like “How’s our Barça Boys doing at the Club?”. The front entrance staff from the Valet great guys like Felipe & Rafael & David are amazing, to the awesome girls & guys at the front desk, your amazing Concierge Richard is outstanding & he has been taking care of us for many many years and always saves us from making a bad decision and books us on the best arrangements and the best seats at FC Barcelona Futbol matches. He is a treasure here at Hotel Majestic. And then there is the one & only Sophi or as we call her, Sophia, she is just a blessing and treasure to have her here at Hotel Majestic. She always gives us a hug and makes us feel like family and makes us feel appreciated and handles all our needs. Please keep Richard & Sophia they are irreplaceable. The. Then we have to give a big compliment to your director of Guest Experience, Miss Susana OÑÓS, she is always helping to us with whatever we need. She is awesome. And thank you to Habibu, so helpful. And lastly, the great staff in the Restaurant is second to none. I have been served by these great restaurant staff for 8 years and they are simply the best in the business. From Manager Charles, who is the Gold Standard in restaurant management in my opinion, to all his amazing staff from Cadaques, Emiliano, Rodesa, Angelea, Jara, Dani, Alvaro, Emiliano & Elena. Please let them know they are all outstanding and always make our trip here the most enjoyable every morning getting us ready for each day. The beds were very comfy & Richard, the concierge, was amazing- so helpful. Loved the staff in the downstairs & upstairs rooftop bar. 5 star experience!! So close to all the arts, shops and great places to eat. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! We enjoyed the proximity to everything. Our room was very nice and well appointed. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and the common areas were very nice. The staff was accommodating and we enjoyed our stay! Would recommend.

The bed and pillows are the most comfortable to have. The hotel is perfectly located in the city and a bonus if you are looking for high-end shopping. Definitely try to get a room with a balcony. It’s wonderful! The star of the show is the breakfast. Starting your day with that 5 star breakfast is a must!

Lovely hotel along Passeig de Gracia. This is a very busy street with many shops along including all the high end stores. Hotel is large with a lot of activity and buzz from morning until night. Rooms are large and well appointed. Bathrooms are very large as is shower. Breakfast is nice but nothing special(lacking a good selection of cut fruit I would say one thing missing). Buffet items and some items such as omelets, French toast, gluten free breads and pastries you can order off a menu. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is always someone or several persons you can ask a question. Rooftop bar has an amazing view of Barcelona and most notably La Sagrada Familia. Do not miss having a drink and/or bite there. There are many restaurants within walking distance It’s a great spot to walk to various neighborhoods such as El Born. Highly recommend The Majestic for large, well appointed rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and excellent location to sites, shopping and restaurants/cafes
