The 4 stars superior what does it mean
Never happen in my Life. Surprise when we came back from the tourist tour at 5 pm the two rooms was dirty the towels too and the bed still needs to be made The answer from the hotel sorry for the mistake. This is an hotel 4 stars superior. Think about this before booking

Bad Management, Bad Service and The Worst Housekeeping
Bad Management, bad service, bad housekeeping. The room very small and the 1st room we got had problem with the air conditioner so that we had to move to another room. Before moving, when we entered the first room assigned, the room seemed not thouroughly cleaned and the housekeeing was really the worst we ever had. There were dirty socks left from the previous guest and also empty water bottle !. one pair of the slippers also already opened and seemed to have been used by the previous guest too. Awefull!

Mediocre
Mediocre customer service. Asked in the reception if I could find a microwave in the hotel so I can heat a meal I didn’t eat and that got cold, they sent me to the restaurant upstairs. When I arrive to the restaurant they tell me they cannot provide any microwave, despite being the food completely sealed, neither any help where I could heat. Went back to the reception, they were helpless.

Gorgeous hotel
Wow! What a hotel. Wr had a level room and the lounge and food and drinks on offer were second to none. The rooms were very spacious with plenty of storage. The hotel is a good walk from the main attractions but probably only about €15 in an uber - which are readily available. Would definitely be back.

I can say no more than first class service from the moment we arrived until we left, special mention to the level experience staff in particular Antonio & Stephanie would looked after us, thank you very much. Breakfast was amazing & the tapas available excellent.
