My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights on a quick Barca getaway for her birthday. The hotel was very nice and I could not fault the staff, everyone was very friendly....the cava for my wifes birthday in the room was nice...thank you very much. The hotel was very good and rooms were good, we had junior patio....no great views from our room but the room and en suite were beautiful, the sheets and pillows were very good!! The restaurants were good, we went to Oria (one Michelin star) and the staff were all brilliant, and experience and food overall was very good. The maître d' was very good...think he stopped me making a mistake when ordering wine!! We also had cocktails in the bar before and after and the barman was a master at cocktails, very good....even if my wife did order one she didn't like (I had her smokey....it looked like a chemistry experiment but was very good!!). We also had breakfast in the roof restaurant which was very nice. From the doormen to the guy who brought the plasters to our room for my wife's blisters after an intense day of walking around Barcelona...all the staff were faultless. The location was great too. Would definitely recommend for anyone.....we didn't even get time to check out the spa!! I would like to come when warmer and go in the pool....bit wet when we were there...can't have everything!!

One of the nicest hotels ever! The amenities, the rooftop, the food, the comfy bed and amazing bathroom are just a few reasons to stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer! Staff was friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the early check-in!

I visited the hotel in late 2024. The central location made the hotel a great place to stay. There were stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. From the second we pulled up we were treated extremely well. The reception is warm and professional. The room was clean and spacious. The food was delicious as were the drinks. I loved the atmosphere of the roof top bar. My only complaint was when we checked out there was only one operating elevator. That made checking out with luggage tough. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful room, exceptional staff who were always so kind and helpful and a brilliant location made our stay in Barcelona fantastic. The concierge was ever able to suggest special places to see or to dine, the rooftop bar was great fun, and our comfort level in the room was exceptional.

I will come to the but later. We booked this hotel for two nights prior to going on a cruise that was leaving from Barcelona. Due to flight arrangements we did not arrive until around 19:30 but that was no problem as we were greeted by the doorman and our copious amount of luggage was quickly taken from the taxi into the hotel. Check-in was swift and efficient and we were soon in our room. We had booked a Junior Patio suite and as expected for this area of Barcelona the room was "compact" - not a problem as we could easily cope. One thing that was not mentioned when booking, or checking in, was that there were two large steps up to the bedroom area from the lounge area with no handrail and anyone with mobility issues would have a major problem. I would also add that the outlook onto the patio was almost non existent and the location of the small window made the room dark. Now for the but. The room was clean and tidy apart from the waste bin in the toilet area that had not been emptied and contained several packs os sanitary products. I have no idea how long this bin had been like that but such a thing is not acceptable in any hotel let alone one branded as five star. Apart from the above there were no problems whatsoever with the hotel - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. If in Barcelona again at any time I will have no hesitation in staying in this hotel again.
