Stayed here 2 nights with a tour - staff was Ok not very willing to help with confusion with room somehow we got a room with 3 beds instead of a King which we requested months ago - others on the tour seemed to get a better room was not happy having to wait for them to fix the beds and being stuck with a 3rd not needed bed ! Room was fair bathroom was fair - plumbing made noises after flushing toilet breakfast was ok not that happy with the stay here ! Would not stay again

Great breakfast very good choice (may be missing some granola) and good quality of the products, special mention for the honey comb. Rooms are good, clean and practical, not a lot of character. Windows are a bit strange but can be opened wich is good news. Great bed. I’ll come back.

As always - exactly this is, what makes the difference! - very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast is gorgeous and it’s worth to get up a bit earlier to enjoy the great offering and service. Here I highly compliment Angelica for her bright mood - always highly appreciated in the morning - and service readiness. See you again!

After booking directly with them and prepaying according to their instructions, they still asked for payment twice (at check in and check out), then gave the wrong information about city taxes. No recognition of status with their loyalty system. The room was decent, facilities were meh, but just go to another hotel if you can.

Came here for business, sort of because of the good location, but the hotel pleasantly surprised me. It had a clean, modern feel to it with pleasant rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good as nearly within walking distance of the City Center and a quick tax ride from the airport.
