As always - exactly this is, what makes the difference! - very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast is gorgeous and it’s worth to get up a bit earlier to enjoy the great offering and service. Here I highly compliment Angelica for her bright mood - always highly appreciated in the morning - and service readiness. See you again!

After booking directly with them and prepaying according to their instructions, they still asked for payment twice (at check in and check out), then gave the wrong information about city taxes. No recognition of status with their loyalty system. The room was decent, facilities were meh, but just go to another hotel if you can.

Came here for business, sort of because of the good location, but the hotel pleasantly surprised me. It had a clean, modern feel to it with pleasant rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good as nearly within walking distance of the City Center and a quick tax ride from the airport.

A dump. $400.00 a night not worth it but I love NH hotels but not this one is from the 80s. Nothing worked. Hot bugs and loud but next to a connecting mall. Doors worned down. Breakfast was good it’s another Nh around the corner go there not here. But great location

Great location, complemented by an outstanding staff that is knowledgable and friendly. There is a wide variety of shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing locations within walking distance. We did the breakfast buffet each day, which provided a wide-ranging selection of food options. The hotel was a mix of business travelers, families, and airline flight crews. There is a convenient taxi area outside of the hotel. There is a concierge station across from the front desk. We stayed in room 737, which has a suite and a private terrace. The room was clean and housekeeping was attentive to our needs. I would select this room again. 100% recommend!
