Ohla Eixample

The hotel was in a great location and was walking distance to a lot of attractions like Gaudi's Casa Batllo. Sergio Berriozabal in the front lobby was amazing, he was a Concierge and Bell Captain and Tourist Guide and Greeter rolled into one. He was usually on duty as we entered and left the hotel and he was always helpful and extremely friendly. He made our stay at this hotel enjoyable and memorable.

This was an amazing note. Location was great. Room was current, stylish and clean. Roof was a great place to start the day with a cool pool, seating and background music. But it was the staff that really stood out. Everyone was kind and caring. They were all phenomenally helpful . Sergio at the front desk stood out in particular. From the moment I checked in and said I was alone looking for things in the neighborhood he gave me great recommendations and actually used his break to show me where a great restaurant was. For the rest of the stay, he was attentive and continued to give me excellent local recommendations. I am appreciative of everyone there and will stay at Ohla Eixample again and again.

Barcelona is beautiful city, but what makes our visit special is our staying in Ohla hotel. We felt that we’re at home. The service is beyond great, and the hospitality is very warm. Especially dear Olga, she is super helpful and very knowledgeable. We really appreciate her professionalism and kindness. We will come many times to the same hotel, same beautiful staff. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful, clean, stylish and most importantly top tier customer service! They have a beautiful rooftop pool with views of Barcelona. This is definitely a luxury hotel but worth every single penny. This will be my go to when in Barcelona for sure. I left a very important item behind on accident and the staff was very fast at retrieving and securing my item for me to pick up. Everyone was so kind and professional I will be visiting again for a longer stay!

Our stay at Ohla Eixample was exceptional. The service was outstanding - every staff member went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The hotel was super clean, well maintained, and had great amenities including a rooftop swimming pool with bar. I would highly recommend this hotel.
