Everything about the hotel was extremely nice staff, the building, location and cleanliness. I strongly recommend this hotel that will add joy to your trip whether if you’re business travelers or if you’re in holiday. It’s got easy access to metro, restaurants and shopping area.

I would like to highlight Aida, who was amazing and gave a perfectly tailored massage according to my requests. I’m sure I’ll be back again – one of the best massages I’ve ever had! In addition, the staff was courteous and eager to assist us with any request. The room was large and spacious.

The One, Barcelona was excellent. The service was exceptional and the staff was top notch. We enjoyed everything from the delicious breakfast to the convenient location . The view from the roof top was beautiful . We would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Fabulous staff who couldn't do enough for you and lovely modern rooms with a really comfy bed. It made our Barcelona trip very special and memorable. Breakfast was superb and the location was ideal to sightsee but also lovely to come back to the rooftop terrace to enjoy the sun and the view.

Doesn’t feel 5-star hotel. Room is tiny! It’s also super weird, first hotel I’ve ever been to, that you enter the room through the bathroom. Wardrobe door doubles up as the bathroom door. Wardrobe is tiny too. Blinds and curtains were always drawn which was also unusual and made me feel terribly claustrophobic. I realized the reason for this peculiarity when I went to draw them myself; I was staring at a block of apartments about 5 metres away, looking into their yard (see photo). So it was a choice between the devil and the deep blue sea - have curtains and blinds drawn all the time (and live like a vampire) or look at windows with washing machines while occupants in the apartments across have a full view of you and your room and bed. Towels look good with “The One” embossing but don’t smell fresh. Claims to have given us an upgrade to a Deluxe room but I later realized this was not true (because our booking was for a Deluxe room LOL). First time I check into a hotel where they collect payment upon check-in. They don’t seem to trust their guests, unusual for a 5-star hotel to treat their guests that way. They have our passport and credit card details, did they think we will run off without paying? Only saving grace is the location is great, one block away from La Pedrera - Casa Mila, one of Gaudi’s masterpieces. It’s also possible to walk to La Rambla and the iconic Sagrada Família. The 2 porters are fantastic, really helpful and accommodating. Concierge is not as friendly; several times my wife said “good morning” as we walked past and he didn’t even bother to respond. Breakfast is excellent. The rooftop bar (Mood) is also pleasant.
