Despite having a sleepless first night with a leaking pipe behind the tiles in the bathroom, we were reallocated to another room which was much better. There was no welcome gift being an elite member but the staff deducted a small fee off the breakfast which was kind. Beautiful, clean premises. The Noxe bar was a little pretentious as there was a minimum spend for a table, despite no one using them, we were asked to me, but understandable the rules of this level of hotel. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you W Barcelona

Staff were very rude at the desk, not helpful whatsoever! You would think after paying £1000 for a 1 NIGHT STAY they would give u good customer service!!! Would not recommend and not worth the money at all. Never coming here again thanks to the staff that they provide a waste of every single penny. DISGRACEFUL

Toppp!!! I went there last month for a proposal. The ambience was super. The service amazing from Markus and Mell . The view from NOXE restaurant is the best. Very friendly 🙂 and professional. Thanks you made my dinner unforgettable. 🙏 🙏 🙏

Amazing experience, wonderful welcome in the hotel. Patrick at the front desk was amazing, he could tell a lot about the city, Amazing Work. David from the evening shift in th Restaurant, also really good, he was really attentive, mega service and really kind. The Room was perfect, beautiful sea view and really clean. I've never had a bed so comfortable. Great Hotel, really recommend it.

Second time at W Hotel Barcelona and probably the last! Be aware of card extra charges! Stayed there in November and although having paid for the room already, I was told during the check in that they would “hold” 532 euros on my card as a security deposit! Found it a bit weird to be treated like a Vandal but ok, agreed to it! On check out I was offered the “express check out” and asked again if I had to do something regarding the “security deposit” and was re-assured that this was just a block on my card and that it wouldn’t be charged. Then 4 days ago I received my credit card statement and for my surprise (or not!), I was charged twice!! I have since called W Hotel Barcelona 3 times, only to be met with sarcasm, passive agressive responses and no resolution of my issue whatsoever. In November last year we did have some extra charges too and I put this down as a mistake but now with this happening again and their lack of help, I can’t help but this they do this deliberately! What a disappointment! As others said, the place looks more like an events place/nightclub than a hotel. Beautiful but so not worth the stress and the bad service you receive.
