We were received by very friendly staff. They helped us create a plan for the next day which allowed us to have a very good impression of Bariloche. The cabin was clean and the views breathtakingly beautiful. We enjoyed the sauna and turkish steambath. Food and breakfast are first class and very reasonably priced.

This place lives up to its name and deserves all the enthusiastic reviews it gets. From the attentive, caring staff to the truly magical gardens and in-room amenities, it was the perfect follow-up to the intensity of Buenos Aires. I highly recommend that travelers chop a day or two off of their time in BA so they can add a day or two to their time in Bariloche at this property. So much to see and do here!

I keep coming back!! Nestled in a prime location in San Carlos, Bariloche, the Charming Luxury Lodge garners praise for its panoramic views and location. In my opinion, this hotel is Perfect for travelers eager to explore nearby attractions, walk the beach or gasp at the surroundings. The hotel boasts a charming atmosphere with its well appointed rooms, decor and quality dining. The immaculate cleanliness of the premises is another highlight. The service at the Charming Lodge for me was attentive and professional.... thanks Alejandra, Leonel, Nicolas and Augustine for the memories.

Beautiful location, great staff and perfect amenities. Our family loved the warm pool, access to the lake and of course Emiliano! Breakfast was served every day and parking was easy. We will absolutely be back to Bariloche and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

We have stayed at many high-end resorts in the world and have never been treated so well as we were at Charming. Augustín, the General Manager, provided us with complete access to himself in order to provide our family with the best possible experience in our short time in the Bariloche area. Alejandra at the front desk was warm and welcoming and our bartender/server was excellent, providing our party of 4 with full attention while managing the needs of a very large party. Restaurant food was exquisite as were the views from all around.
