There literally nothing I can say negative about this hotel. There is no better location for getting on a ski lift anywhere in North American. The staff is exceptional, the hotel is clean, up to date and an absolute pleasure to stay in.

Fantastic location. Boutique hotel vibe with generous room sizes. Great staff! Access to Strawberry park Express ski lift is unbeatable.

Two more nights left at the fabulous Osprey! I was so close to booking the park Hyatt, so thankful I didn’t. The Osprey is simply the best location, steps from not only the lift but village & all! Front of house staff, ski concierge, restaurant staff are all super friendly, warm & helpful. We took the two bed condo which is huge, immaculately new & clean, everything you could need. We will highly recommend The Osprey & hopefully visit again some day. Must visits: Hooked, Citrea, Fattoria & Golden Eagle. Thanks again team, Jess, Spencer, Trent, Sam & Carolyn & every one front & behind the scenes who make the Osprey an Outstanding Hotel.

We have stayed at the Osprey multiple times both in the winter and summer. In the summer/fall you can enjoy Beaver Creek and the nearby Vail. Flowers, greenery and hiking. Super relaxing. You can get a golf and stay package with discounted rates for junior golfers. Red Sky Ranch is my happy place for sure. Both courses ( Roman and Fazio) are world class and part of Vail Resorts. Beaver Creek golf course is also an option and in the village. The room is spacious and breakfast is included. Friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom is small and the water pressure is low but manageable. Snacks and water/electrolytes are provided for free. We even saw a bear once wandering the distant ridge from the fun hot tub and pool area. In the winter, on a sunny day, Beaver Creek is magic. And Vail is close by, so you can sky both locations with the Epic pass. Beaver Creek is not as busy as Vail and the lift lines are shorter. Vail of course has the back bowls and better skiing but Beaver Creek is nice too. Perhaps more snow fall in Beaver Creek which can lead to less visibility on the slopes when it is snowing. And keep in mind very difficult to get a room in the winter at the Osprey as it is a smaller resort. And certainly much higher priced in the winter compared to the less visited summer. The gondola is running now only at weekends entering September. In summary: Love the Osprey and look forward to the next time.

We stayed here once before in the summer and our one night experience was superb. We returned for a Sun-Fri ski trip this January 12-17 and our experience was amazing! The valet who unpacked our car and transported everything to our room, with skis taken to the ski valet room, was so very friendly, professional and efficient! The 2 young woman at the front desk were so engaging, efficient and customer-focused! (I had spoken to one of them via phone the previous night and she had an excellent manner). Our Superior King room was spacious, clean and very comfortable for this senior couple (thanks for the Keurig and fireplace). Trent and Sam, your ski valets, were so very friendly, engaging and efficient with our skis every day. The bar staff every night was just amazing - again, very friendly, engaging and customer-focused. (We love to talk with folks during our travels). While the continental breakfast wasn't a favorite selection of foods for us, it was well-presented and amply stocked. We asked for and received a room on the opposite side from the lift, not wanting lift start-up noises to disturb our sleep. Our only minus was our first night - Sunday, when a very loud group of folks were either super noisy in the hot tub area and/or noisy on our 3rd floor, which kept us from sleeping until after midnight. Otherwise, everything was terrific!
