The spa is a day of being treated like royalty yet comfortable and relaxing. Ask questions about the availability of services and restaurants before you go. We were not told that the spa was closed until 2/15 until we tried to book a service for our original dates. Luckily we were able to change that. The 2 main restaurants were closed during our stay for planned deep cleaning. We were not told ahead of time. Very limited options especially mid-week in February- even the town closes down completely or early. Very disappointed due to the cost of staying at this resort.

The hotel looks beautiful and was clean. However, like many places, staffing shortages detracted from the experience. Almost none of the activities were offered - a combo of weather and staffing. The guest room, though, was awful. I feel mislead. I booked a porch king resort view. The room was so dark it felt like the interior room in a cruise ship. There was one small window in the corner which faced a cabinet which blocked most light. The door to the porch didn’t offer light either. The bed was uncomfortable. Mattress needed to be flipped. It was caved in on one side. There are no plugs on one half of the room. The other wall has zero power. Only person sleeping on half of the bed can charge. It’s 2025 - figure out the plug situation. The spa was amazing - expensive, but a real treat. It offers a ton of services. The staff is incredibly friendly. Make sure to leave time to enjoy the whirl pool, steam room, and cold plunge. Plus the relaxation room is great - fireplace, blankets, hot tea, light snacks. That was A+ for me. Front desk staff was not knowledgeable. There was no concierge or activities desk person for my 4 day length of stay. Food was very tasty, but very expensive (think $40 salad and $30 sandwich). Overall, this was not worth the money to stay here. I would come back to the spa.

We just returned from a two night stay at the Omni Bedford. The resort gets 5 stars for ambiance/charm and staffing. The food was excellent, especially the Crystal Room. We also ate at the Frontier Tavern and grabbed a sandwich at Evitt. Overall the food was very good by any standards, especially being on a hotel property. I rated 4/5 stars because I feel that the room could use a few more amenities, particularly at this price point. A mini fridge would have been great, as well as outlets that are more accessible near the bed (or a lamp with outlets). We also felt that the mattress was a bit hard and the pillows were just ok, again, for this price point. There were also some troubles with the in-room wifi, which kept us from being able to cast our own entertainment onto the TV. We asked about this but didn't get a good resolution to the problem.

If you have dietary needs or picky eaters don't expect to eat on site. We called the restaurant multiple times they said the chef would contact us before we check in but he never did. When we sat down at the restaurant we asked for accommodations and they said that they couldn't help my picky eater vegetarian son. No apologies or explanation. Hotel is pretty. Spa was nice but their refusal to help left a bad taste. We went off site to find a meal. So Frustrating!

This was the most wonderful after holiday get away. The hotel, restaurants, and hospitality were outstanding. The hotel staff could not do any more for us. Even the bellman, Chuck, became like a friend and was so helpful. The stake and fries in the steak house was wonderful and for lunch we went to Bedford and had the best clam chowder I have ever had in the Golden Eagle Pub. The shops in the hotel and in Bedford were unique and interesting. I can not recommend the Bedford Springs Resort enough.
