Conrad Beijing

Great value for money. I stayed several times at this hotel for business trips. I believe it’s one of the best 5 stars for value for money. If at the reception the staff is not the best because do not speak good English, instead the rooms are very nice, large and clean. Special note for the walk-in closet: large & spacious. I will be back for sure.

We always stay at Conrad because of their great service. The Beijing one has spectacular interior design during festive season, nice heated pools and gym, and super spacious room ❤️ My kids truly enjoyed their stay and love collecting the Conrad bears😍

Hotel is very dated and poorly managed. It needs a deep clear for every corners of the room, especially the bathroom. It looks dirty to me! As I stayed in Conrad Tokyo in June, 2024, I had a very high expectations for Beijing Conrad. Unfortunately, It has no comparison! Very disappointed! A few things made the stay unpleasant are as following: Bellman just ignored us when we walked in with a language. For the in/out, no greetings! No status recognition at the check in. Found a hair on the toilet at the first use! Disgusting! Room is very spacious with a beautiful view. But it looked very tired and beat up! Towel was the motel quality. It looked that housekeeper has not cleared the each corner of the room for ages, especially the bathroom looked so dirty! Incredible! Indeed, Conrad Beijing is very poorly managed. But we loved the food and services in lounge. Hope it wouldn’t allow small children in at happy hours! Hotel is very convenient to the subway station. Just 5 minutes walk! It is a big plus! In general, hotel itself is very dated, if management team does the job, it could meet the expectations for the name of Conrad. Management failed its duties!

Excellent hotel. The service level was superb, room had all the facilities I needed and housekeeping allowed me to work in my room and they adjusted their timings accordingly. A shout out to Jack at concierge whose customer service was simply outstanding and whose local knowledge helped me use my time efficiently and navigate between meetings (and find a place for a traditional massage). Sometimes it takes just one member of staff to make the difference for me to decide on my preferred go to hotel in a city and Jacks that man. Great swimming and hot pool. Fantastic breakfast complimented by great service. Well done Conrad Beijing.

Cons： - 酒店很老。 - 每天的一次性拖鞋都有臭味。 - 早餐种类太少。 - 服务员会问好，但没有笑容。 - 年轻的服务员和老迈的服务员都有，有人普通话有人北京腔，体验割裂。 - The hotel is outdated. - The disposable slippers provided each day have a bad odor. - The breakfast options are very limited. - Staff greet you, but without a smile. - The service experience feels disjointed, with a mix of young and elderly staff, some speaking standard Mandarin while others have a Beijing accent.
