Four Seasons Hotel Beijing

The hotel is absolutely remarkable, showcasing impressive elegance and a setting reminiscent of a movie. A standout feature is the Chinese restaurant, which boasts a Michelin star and delivers a truly sensational dining experience. Our room was expansive, complete with a cozy sitting area and a half-bath; it was undoubtedly one of the finest hotel rooms I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The concierge service was outstanding, seamlessly arranging all the sightseeing activities for my family, and everything ran incredibly smoothly. I also want to emphasize the breakfast, which is exceptional, offering an incredible variety of both Western and Eastern dishes, pleasing to every palate. Every aspect was thoughtfully designed to ensure a memorable experience, and I will certainly choose to stay at this hotel again whenever I have the chance.

Usually stay here when I come to Beijing for work and pleasure. Always satisfied, particularly with the breakfast and the housekeeping crew - lovely touches like welcome snacks/fruit, giving me a bookmark for my book and a cleaning cloth for my spectacles without me having to ask (shout-out to Rong Xia!). Convenient location as well. Would recommend.

A lovely hotel, the staff are absolutely amazing. I have a special diet so had to arrange for food to be delivered to the hotel. Using the guest app I could easily communicate with the concierge (who always responded instantly) and they delivered my food to my room as and when I wanted it. The room was delightful and luxurious , everything you would expect from a four seasons. I had a great time relaxing in the pool and spa - the amenities were excellent and always kept spotlessly clean. The hotel organized a tour of the Great Wall, our guide David was knowledgeable and friendly. He made it into an extra special experience. One negative was WiFi was slow. Incredible value for money and I can’t wait to return.

The hotel is great! Everything was perfect . They have an incredible service. Everybody who works there is very kind and did everything to help us and made our experience unique. And the most important part: our guide. We did two days of tours with her, who calls Helen, and it was an awesome time. She knows very much about history, culture and she is very helpful. For sure, she made an important difference in our trip to Beijing.

The hotel staff are very friendly, caring and look after us and my son very well. The pool/spa were amazing and they have spare swimming cap for us. I like their attention to detail for the guest and love the birthday balloons/cakes they prepared for my son. Very comfortable bed and pillow. We had a private tour that was organised by the hotel to Great Wall, forbidden city, tea house and Tiananmen Square and the tour guide/driver did an amazing job and we have learnt a lot about the Chinese history. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work and hope to be back soon!
