Family trip to Beijing!
The hotel staff are very friendly, caring and look after us and my son very well. The pool/spa were amazing and they have spare swimming cap for us. I like their attention to detail for the guest and love the birthday balloons/cakes they prepared for my son. Very comfortable bed and pillow. We had a private tour that was organised by the hotel to Great Wall, forbidden city, tea house and Tiananmen Square and the tour guide/driver did an amazing job and we have learnt a lot about the Chinese history. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work and hope to be back soon!

Amazing hotel
Really great hotel with top 5 star quality towards pool/sauna, rooms and especially the great and delicious breakfast. Service is totally up to the expectation. Compared to other 5 Star hotels in the area this hotel is really above the others.

Great Wall private tour
We had a private tour of the Great Wall (Mutianyu section) with door to door service. It was incredible. Our guide, Licia, was friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole experience seamless. The car ride was very comfortable and took just over an hour from our hotel. We then explored both sections of the wall there, going via cable car to see the higher part and then via chairlift and toboggan back to see the other side. We were glad we did both as they were quite different. Highly recommend!

Excellent Premium Luxury hotel.
Four Seasons Hotel in Beijing is an excellent luxury premium hotel. Amazing Lobby, restaurants, halls, rooms, bathroom, very soft and comfortable bed linen, towels, modern and luxury interior furniture and decoration. Congratulations to the architects and interiors designers. My favorite hotel in Beijing.

Five Star Review for Helen our Tour Guide and also for Mr Fred Wang of the concierge team, Four Seasons
Mr Fred Wang of the Four Seasons Concierge was wonderful and extremely efficient. Mr Wang arranged for our Tour Guide to take us to the Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall. Our Tour Guide was Helen and she too was absolutely wonderful. Full of knowledge and interesting facts. When we come back to Beijing we will definitely stay at the Four Seasons agin and insist upon Helen being our Tour Guide.
