Grand Hyatt Beijing

The hotel is well situated, only a few blocks from the Forbidden City. Service was excellent. I reserved airport transfers and tours through their concierge and they worked out very well. This was our second stay in three weeks and our luggage left in storage was already in our room on arrival. Concierge Cecilia made us feel very welcomed back, and was helpful with my questions and requests. George was also very pleasant. Overall, both stays went beyond expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very good location if you are visiting the main tourist destinations such as the Forbidden City. There are numerous shopping malls as well as eateries around. There's a Starbucks within 3 mins walking distance for those of us who yearn to start off with something familiar before we head out. Evening refreshments at the Club Lounge here has a lot more choices than the Club Lounge of other Hyatt properties. I had a very lovely stay overall. Well done, Grand Hyatt Beijing!

The Grand Hyatt Beijing has a fantastic location and is very convenient to go to all attractions such as Tiananment Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven etc. The mall accessible at the basement level is also very convenient for food and shopping, and you can get to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street through the mall. The staff of Grand Hyatt are very helpful and efficient. The rooms are slightly dated but there are many advantages such as thermostat to control room temperature in each room, separate shower and bathtub, comfortable bed and a good amount of space (important for families planning longer stays!). I would stay at the Grand Hyatt again. Definitely recommended.

Great location! House keeping was really good. Not worth booking tour through hotel because poor knowledge of tour guide we had. We could have done everything ourself and read up on internet. Disappointed with service rendered. Not hotel fault, but wrong tour guide.

The Grand Hyatt in Beijing is an excellent property overall although the rooms are a little dated. The shower was a little tight but the water was warm and the pressure was great. We had an amazing view of Wangfujing district. The club lounge was excellent and the staff are phenomenal.
