Great location, fantastic staff and clean rooms
Grand Hyatt Beijing is located above Oriental Plaza mall and less than 5mins walk to Wangfujing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and 2 other rooms during our stay for 7days. All the rooms were clean and cleaning staff were meticulous and frequently asking if we needed more water etc. Hotel staff and club lounge staff were also super friendly and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, excellent concierge
Excellent location, walking distance to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City and conveniently attached to a large mall with a food court and convenience store. Concierge service especially from Scott was excellent! He helped with making many reservations for us and good recommendations. Very helpful and speedy replies. Rooms were modern. We took the newly renovated rooms which are well worth the upgrade. Service at both the front desk and from housekeeping were great too.
