Very comfortable stay
The environment, geographical location are very good. Room was great, beds comfortable, and amenities were satisfactory. Many useful services such as gym. Most helpful and responsive staff. Will come back for business/ leisure again.

No heating in Beijing winter (October)
I stayed from 15 October 2024 to 20 October 2024. In October, in Beijing, the temperature could be below 10 degrees C, and the hotel's (Kempinski Hotel Beijing Yansha Center) air conditioner did not provide heating during this wintertime. This is unbelievable for a five-star hotel.

Wonderful staying experience!
Second time travelling to Beijing. It is a big city comprises of different surprises. In front of a city hotel is a busy ambassies area while another side of the hotel is a cozy yet natural environmental ambience facing the Liangma River where many people riding bicycle, jogging, fishing, bringing the pet dogs & cats having a nice walk by the river. An authentic & signature Hotel in Beijing, enjoyed the signature & popular Black Forest Cake, staying at the nicely setup River view room. Highly recommended!

Coming home
Wonderful stay in a warm welcoming environment. Feld like home after some days. Enjoyed the service and high standard. Rooms were cleaned and prepared to a perfect condition daily! Great breakfast and launch options. Located at a lovely water front park with a lot of dining out locations. Just a 10 minutes stroll along the riverside to Solana Mall and several smaller malls across the street. Just two minutes to line 10 subway. Great experience and would come back anytime!
