Amazing hotel, in a great and convenient location. All staff (from the doormen, to the waiters, concierge, reception and chefs etc) are very friendly and professional. Especially the managers Owen and Jason, they were very friendly and helpful with taxis etcs. The rooms are at a high standard, bed is super comfortable. Food here is very good too, nice little extra touch with the fresh noodles. Next time I'm back in Beijing, I'll stay here again.

On a recent visit to Beijing, I stayed at “The hotel Legendale”. The location and quality of the hotel was excellent. The staff were all friendly and kind. Marie Shi and Anna warrant particular mention for their professionalism and ability. Overall, highly recommend.

the hotel is beautiful, all with marble,we stayed in suit, which was huge, very big bed and bathroom and very comfortable bed. negativity : it was too hot in the room and the windows can not be open, little outdated but looking stilll pretty good. Almost Nobody speaks English, but this is common problem in china,so we took e sim and had non stop internet and we used translator .the sauna and steam bath was not very hot.The massages was very expensive. The location is very good, very close to forbidden city Overall the hotel was very nice.

Stayed here for 5 days in November. Had a junior suite and it was very nice. Hotel is not new and has some deferred maintenance ( room appearance) but quality of accommodation is 1st class. Restaurant and service staff very friendly, helpful, wanted to please. Great location for visiting Beijing tourist sites. Also very close to subway if you’re willing to use that which we did a couple times. Suggest you hire a local guide/ interpreter if you want to make the most of your time. I highly recommend Alexandra lxy8923@sina.com . Fluent English, very very knowledgeable. Our visit was 10% business and 90% tourism. Had a wonderful time and made new friends. Johnnie

Stayed in deluxe double room. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Super impressed by the impeccable service we received. From the doorman (Mr 陕), the housekeeper (a young lady from Hebei cleaning level 9), the front desk manager (an Italian gentleman Mr. Giac), the executive sous chef (Mr David D), the breakfast café waiter (Mr 赵) and waitress (小慧) to the concierge team (Mr 杨 and a young gentleman who made sure we got our breakfast set around 6am before we left to take the train to Beijing station). Will recommend Legendale Hotel to everyone who comes to Beijing and definitely stay here again when I’m in Beijing. It’s a truly unforgettable experience.
