Beautiful room and good housekeeping services. Concierge services by whatsapp was a little bit overwelming for us. Spa area is small but we had a very nice massage. Food at almost all restaurants was disappointing. Chateau Bel Ombre is the best place to visit. Bar is already closing at 11am, great bar staff. Good shuttle services.

I was very happy with the beach, the room and the service from people at the restaurant and room service. The food was also very good. I thought, however that the employees in the reception were a bit arrogant and not at all so customer service minded as the rest of the hotel. We were not very happy with the resident host-slow in replying and unfortunately forgot to tell us that a trip he booked was not put on our hotel bill but had to be paid in cash to the chauffeur. The hotel did not help us much-just said that it would be a 15% charge if we were to put it on the bill. Luckily we had brought Euros so we could pay the chauffeur in cash. We did not even get an excuse that the information about this situation was missed. The room was very beautiful but we were not happy with the response when issues happened.1. We couldnt get into to our room because the battery in the lock was low- it was changed but created a cumbersome situation-we had to walk to the reception to inform them. 2. The fan in the roof stopped working and the room got to warm for us-it took over 24hours to fix it. 3. The battery in the local telephone was low and we couldn't call the reception-was changed but we had to walk to the reception to inform them. Small thing but very irritating and you would expect more from a 5 star hotel.

We booked a lovely family trip in Dec 2024 to Heritage Le Telfair, on arrival the resort looked beautiful. It was myself and my 4-year-old son, then my mother and father in another room. You would think that as a family booking together, they would place the rooms close to each other, that was not the case, our rooms were on each of the ends of the resort. They would also not accommodate moving us closer together. We booked the half board package which gave you the option to eat at one of the six restaurants, however on the first 3 nights apparently the other restaurants were full, and the only option was the main restaurant - the food at the main restaurant lacks taste and is basically horrible. When speaking to other guests around us we noted that this was a common trend that they would book you in the main restaurant and say there is no capacity at the others yet when you end up going to the other restaurants there are tables empty. When unpacking my clothes in the cupboard I noted that floor was dirty and sticky, my bath salts in the bathroom looked like it had not been filled or cleaned since the last guest was there, this is completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. It makes you think how thoroughly they clean the rooms after guests leave. The last straw was when my father fell when walking to the room after breakfast, we ended up in hospital for an entire day and the taxi took us back to the resort with my father in a moon boot and on crutches. You would think that a 5 -star resort would make try make your stay a little more comfortable after an injury. It was ANYTHING but ........My parents had to wait about 20 mins each time for a golf cart to collect then before and after each meal, the resort had no ice packs to help with the leg injury, they took forever to arrange for the script for the pain medication. Then lastly my parents did stay at the adult pool side because they wanted beachfront view, so when my dad wasn't able to walk, we all sat on the beach loungers BUT next to the ocean with my 4-year-old son so we could all be close and not cause my dad additional pain. My son was sitting in the sea with my mother, they were surrounded by other children. When one on the servers started harassing us about my son being there. When we told the server the situation and said my son wouldn't go close to the adult pool but only be in the ocean in front with the other children he got upset and said he is going to call security and management. After being harassed by three tiers of staff we could not wish for anything than rather to be home. This must be the worst holiday experience ever, the service level is poor, rooms are dirty, and customer experience is not at a 5-star level. I would definitely not recommend this resort.

Absolutely amazing stay, for families and couples. We were a young family and were always looked after brilliantly. Everything is exceptional. We did not have one meal that wasn’t fresh, tasty and delicious. Special mention to Mervin at the beach bar, who would always get our daughter chips even if they weren’t on the menu!! Jemima at reception, such a friendly welcome. The whole team are brilliant with children too. Extra special mention to TENNIS - Yan was my private coach for two lessons and he took me from a complete beginner to feeling like I could play with friends with confidence. Would highly recommend his lessons and they’re very reasonably priced too. Everything that is not included is also very reasonable. Would highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable holiday.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times since 2007. Service was excellent . Really enjoyed the service offered to a repeater. Unfortunately this time service was very bad.
