We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, we couldn't check in until 3pm. The hotel were very accommodating and made all facilities available to us. The welcoming from the concierge staff was excellent and we felt right at home instantly. The hotel and it's surroundings are immensly beautiful you really feel at peace here. There's so much wildlife and nature here, vibrant colours and beautiful beach and sea. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and you are spoilt for choice. We added a card to the room and charged all drinks to the room which made life easier. My partner and I are both active, there was plenty to do to keep busy. The gym was great, pool clean and lots of walks up and down the beach. Wear footwear on the beach if possible as there is lots washed up coral and shells beautiful to see but painful to step on. (Only a small percentage of areas) the SPA is amazing we had 3 massages over the space of 11 nights. Krystal was excellent. Thank you also too Raj, super friendly and accommodating with everything possible, very polite. The hotel is fully booked but does not feel busy at all, so open and beautiful. We can't wait to come back!!

What an absolute disaster and complete “ess ach 1 tee” hole! Save your money and go to a Beachcomber hotel on the island, you’ll experience a 5 star hotel as it should be done. Dirty linen, blood stains in the bathroom, stank of sewage, shower door was covered in god knows what, main restaurant was closed and were not told about this till we got there, and there was a note to Mrs Banks in the room when we got there - i’m not Mrs Banks. Had booked on for a week half board, all guests were stuffed into the la plage restaurant and we were asked to leave once we had just finished as other guests were waiting. Not good service. Swimming pool leaks, is not heated. Room on initial sight was lovely, but when you take a closer look they are incredibly dated, and in need of gutting and re-doing. We were there for 5 hours. Tried charging for a 1 night stay, to which I politely declined and continued with a full refund. Got a full refund and then went north to Trou-Aux-Biches Beachcomber. The staff were friendly enough, but is no substitute for the disaster that is this place. I feel sorry for them, they are advertising and working in an establishment that isn't a true 5 star hotel. The poor guy in the golf buggy is having to wrestle it because it’s so knackered and old. There has been a clear lack of investment in this place over the years and it shows. Manager had the cheek to ask we don't out anything on social media. A lot of people will have saved for a long time to come and experience a holiday in paradise and have paid a lot money to do so and will be sadly disappointed when they arrive. Complained when I got home and was offered 3000 reward Accor points - not good enough. Emailed head directors of Accor, no response - poor. Wont be recommending any Accor hotels in future as my confidence in their brand has been completely eroded. Heed my warning and go elsewhere.

Wonderful and the most friendly staff all round. Sylvia, Raj and the kitchen lady were the best. Taught me native language easily which made my stay wonderful. Really clean place all the time. Wonderful facilities and the most beautiful rooms. I will recommend it to anyone. Will be back….

My stay here was phenomenal. Such a beautiful, tranquil place that's secluded and private. I picked the South intentionally to avoid the party scene that you get in the North. If you want a romantic getaway this is for sure the choice. The staff were lovely and accommodating and there's nice activities you can do like snorkeling, glass bottom boat trips and kayaking. The food was delicious with different choices every night. The bar had live music which you can enjoy in the evening. Highly recommend.
