Christmas market stay in Belfast
The Room was beautiful and very well equipped. We ate late in the restaurant as we had not booked. The staff were very accommodating. We had the choice of the restaurant or bar menu and food delicious would definitely recommend. The room was available early .

the most comfiest bed Ive ever slept in, in a hotel. absolutely gorgeous room and bathroom, big shower and bath, mini toiletries, fridge and mini drinks, gowns, slippers, sofa, tv that actually works, lovely scenery. honestly cant say a bad word

Baby it's cold outside...but it's warm in here!
I don't know where to begin! My hotel stay was fantastic. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel location is conviently located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and Grand Central Station. I wish I had a longer stay. The decor is beautiful.

Festive afternoon tea
I took my mum and my daughter for Festive Afternoon. We were sat in lovely booth in the restaurant It was absolutely amazing with delicious savoury and sweet treats and so much that we got to bring some home. Staff were brilliant, friendly, attentive but not intrusive. Would definitely recommend.

In the heart of the city
Service and staff are great, it's often said but the Fitz staff are genuinely lovely. Excellent food, we enjoyed dinner with guests on the second night, but the breakfasts are to die for, great cooked choice delivered to your table and a marvellous continental breakfast on self service. The room was very comfortable and the bed was huge and very comfortable.

Very enjoyable stay in the Fitzwilliam, perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the corner rooms which was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Would be 100% happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
