The Mandala Hotel

Service, cleanliness and facilities in the hotel were exceptional. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’ll be recommending the Mandala to friends.

Stayed here in January whilst visiting Berlin. The hotel is modern and very well located for both walking and to rail and subway links which are both close by. The regular 2nd floor restaurant was very good indeed - worth booking for the lunch as it seems to be very popular with the local business community and was near enough full each day despite it being early January. I stayed in a management suite which was very large and well appointed including a desk and lounge space. Above all the service was uniformly outstanding across the hotel which made for a great stay.

Enjoyed a week in this hotel during my first visit to Berlin. It was centrally located and walkable. The hotel was near the S- and U-Bahnstations as well as historic landmarks. The hotel was spotless and offered modern amenities such a dining and spa services. My guestroom was spacious, well appointed, and served as a great place from which to work and rest. Staff were excellent service providers from providing local directions to ensuring my stay was delightful. I was greeted positively every time I encountered a member of the staff regardless of their position. Dining, whether breakfast or dinner, was a treat with fresh, delicious, and healthy options. Housekeeping staff was efficient and responsive. Overall, staff was extremely helpful and professional. I will definitely return to the Mandala Hotel the next time I'm in Berlin.

Great service, clean and spaceous rooms. Breakfast was with a good selection of healthy food. Great bar with a good dinner menue with free range meat. Excellent.
