Excellent hotel in a great location
We stayed at the Mandala for 3 nights, the room was ready for us when we arrived which was a nice surprise. We had an executive suite, the room was superb! Huge glass sliding doors onto a balcony letting in so much light. Kitchen area, sitting area and a large bathroom. My only slight complaint was that the shower wasn’t great and was hard to control the temperature. We were room only but we did eat in the bar area one evening and the food was excellent, the drinks in the bar were great too and reasonably priced. The hotel is well placed and we walked everywhere, I would highly recommend the Mandala and would definitely stay again.

Excellent amenities in a great location
Our studio room was very comfortable. It had a separate desk with a swivel chair; armchair and ottoman; a separate kitchenette area with a refrigerator, kettle and all things for tea and coffee; a roomy bathroom with every amenity, including robes and slippers; and a very comfortable bed with fluffy down comforters. We loved the separate closet area with a space for our suitcase, ample shelving and even a shoe horn (a rarity these days, alas). We also appreciated a reception that was manned 24 hours, since we had to leave very early. The location, two minutes from lots of buses and trains, was extremely convenient. Plus there are all sorts of shopping malls, cinemas, Legoland etc. nearby.

Superb hotel and trip to Berlin!
Service, cleanliness and facilities in the hotel were exceptional. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’ll be recommending the Mandala to friends.
