A great place to stay.
It's location is great. Convenient transportation, shopping malls, restaurants are near the hotel. The room is comfortable.

Excellent location
Excellent location and confortable rooms but the building and the design of the rooms lacks charm. The restaurant and commn rooms are better. Service is generally good even if the front desk might need a little more staffing at times when so as to satisfy customers faster

The hotel is extremely nice with fantastic personnel. The food is stunning. Breakfast is one of the best I have enjoyed. This hotel is a 100% recommendation.

Add to that a super central location with everything in walking distance, Super clean, spacious and modern rooms. Great Parking garage under with ample space for large vehicles and a great breakfast... Did I forget to mention: Staff attentiveness and service level was simply amazingly good...

Very good option to stay in Berlin
Overall it is quite a good hotel and it is certainly recommendable. There were only a few minor issues that prevent me from giving it a full score and make me rethink whether to stay again for our company's business trips. First, the price for the meeting room seems excessive. 300eur to book it is too much when we already have three rooms booked at the hotel. We ended up going to a nearby coworking for less than half the price. Secondly, having no spa access with our booking was not ideal. After a long day of meetings and stressful work I wanted to unwind at the steam room but was informed that it was not included and required an extra charge. It was not much but as the spa does not even have a pool, it annoyed me and did not feel like paying. Lastly, I asked for an ironing board but was instead directed to a laundry room which was small and hot. Would have much preferred to iron in my room in peace.
