Elegant Old World Hotel
You know you’re in a palace when you walk into the lobby. It’s a beautiful hotel. Check in with Tamara was smooth and we received a nice upgrade. The view from our suite was exceptional and the room was quiet and spacious. Everything worked perfectly. Breakfast each morning was pleasant with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the cappuccinos with the chocolate bears. One issue was with housekeeping. I asked the young man at the front desk to have the room cleaned in the morning, and it wasn’t done when we returned around 1pm. If I had to offer any suggestions, it might be to have more variety at the breakfast. Maybe more salads and pancakes or waffles. It’s not a big deal. Otherwise, it’s all wonderful. Definitely one of the great hotels in Switzerland.

Excellent hotel
We are very happy that we decided to stay at this hotel. Very convenient location for any kind of movement. Civilized atmosphere, care and cleanliness everywhere. Very courteous and efficient service throughout. We stayed in a room overlooking the river and the view was truly unforgettable. We wish we had the opportunity to come back soon.
