I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to the incredible team at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the level of customer service was exceptional. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stable enjoyable, and I had an absolute ball celebrating my birthday and celebrating my TV show GLAAD nomination for AMC/ALLBLK “Wicked City” Big Shout out to Devarius Fitzpatrick. One more thing the Robe was just divine, fluffy, and comfortable.

Very welcoming after a journey from the cruise port! Free complimentary drink and even though we weren’t due to check in until mid afternoon they kindly managed to check us in by 12:30. Room was well appointed even though some might not appreciate the 1950’s 60’s decor! We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the meals. For checkout the staff at midday we were easily able to leave our luggage at the hotel whilst we made full use of the day before our night flight. Thank you Avalon hotel for making our stay a very welcoming one .

I am a regular at the Avalon in Beverly Hills for many years. I love staying there and the best part is the people. On the last stay I had a problem with my reservation at check in and got the best and nicest service from Maribel and Eunice. They were so nice and efficient and solved the issue. They were the best. Marty also always makes me feel at home at the Avalon. This is the only place I would stay at in LA. Sam

We were evacuated here during the fires in LA. I have to commend Marty and the staff for their unbelievable kindness to us and the other evacuees. This hotel is top notch for a little out of the way place. I love how discrete it is, tucked away slightly out of sight. The food in the restaurant is great, Addison has done a great job making sure it runs smoothly. The rooms are well appointed, the beds comfortable. Very grateful to you all, and everyone from the front desk, valets to the cleaning staff. Thank you.

Had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel while in town for business. I don't like staying at large corporate hotels, and have been reluctant to stay at Marriott Hotels due to their decline in management after Starwood ended. However, I took a chance and chose this adorable boutique hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood located walking distance to the center of downtown Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, and all the shops and restaurants. Everyone was very professional and friendly from the valet, reception, waiters and so on. We were upgraded to a nice large bright room, very quiet. Beds comfortable and decorated nicely. Pool area was nice too. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone else looking for a boutique, friendly, low key no frills hotel.
