Definitely a hidden gem of a place!
What a hidden gem this place is. Found the hotel through American Express Fine Hotels and would definitely stay again. It seems it just went through a renovation as everything seemed quite new and updated. The staff was very friendly. We arrived during their company holiday party so it was a little more hectic than normal, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice, well equipped and spacious. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more instruction on where to park/valet upon arrival. It was difficult to ascertain where to pull up due to the business at the time of arrival. Other than that I would highly recommend. It is on par or superior to other fine resorts in the area!

Beautiful place to stay. But unfortunately we could not experience the pool and the spa because they were closed. Please check shower and jet flush it needed a fix. The coffee at the restaurant is very recommended. It would be awesome if the staffs trained for frothing the milk and latte art! And house car drivers they are very helpful and nice to us!

The best in Beverly Hills!
My husband and I were recently forced to evacuate our home due to the LA fires and the team at L'Ermitage was eager to jump in and help. Not only did they greet us with open arms but welcomed our two cats as well. The room was a welcome oasis during a stressful time and we were able to rest easy knowing we were well taken care of. This hotel is quiet, private, and the epitome of luxury and genuine service.

We love the attentiveness to details given by the room service. Welcome service was also great. Just an unfortunate thing that the concierge wasn't very professional of giving the best service we expected at a high end 5stars Beverly Hills.

Best hotel experience in Beverly Hills!
As always our stay at L'ermitage was amazing. From the moment you arrive you feel important and appreciated. The staff seems to always remember your name and make you feel right at home. The room was impeccable and the restaurant and bar was amazing. Plus you are a 10 minute walk from the shops on Rodeo etc,. Can't recommend this hotel enough!
