L'Ermitage Beverly Hills

Right off the bat, the front desk was helpful kind, and accommodating. The room was unbelievable. I booked a deluxe room and it was humongous, well lit, and beautifully designed. In addition, I sincerely appreciated the comfortable working nook, the hot shower and water pressure, the huge tub, and the extremely comfortable bedding. They also added several personal touches like a kind note from the manager, Evian water, fruit on my arrival, and GET THIS—A PILLOW WITH MY INITIALS EMBROIDERED. I have never encountered something like that before. I ordered room service and the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I also would be remiss to not mention the housekeeping, which I don’t usually notice. I’d only been there one day, but when I returned, they had cleaned the room extremely thoroughly and organized all of my things. The mess of cords that I had laying around when I travel were wrapped up with cord organizers that they provided. It blew me away. I have stayed at many fine and luxurious hotels in my lifetime but never have I stayed somewhere that was so well managed from end to end. I will definitely be bringing my wife here and continue to return for years to come. Also, I should say that I accidentally left my Apple Watch in the room when I left and they FedExed it back to my house so promptly that I only beat it home by a few hours.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in Beverly Hills. The rooms are gorgeous, hotel overall is immaculate and the support staff there are the best. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a premier 5 star hotel! It's close to Rodeo Drive and a bunch of great restaurants.

As far as I can remember, I have always been a big fan of l’Ermitage, a private and confidential place to be in Beverly Hills that offers nothing but a world class service with an outstanding staff. The remodeling has even more enhanced what was already exceptional but I will let you be the judge of that!

Arrived with no toiletries in the room, tv in the mirror did not work, did not receive monogrammed pillowcases like I’ve seen online from other people, all they could offer was a sorry and late check out. Some areas in the bathroom were broken, had mold or mildew. Bed was comfy but was rudely awakened at 10am on the day of check out when we already told the front desk we were checking out by 12pm. Seemed to be miscommunication between workers and they did not leave a good memorable impression. I’d rather stay at another high end hotel.

Excellent stay. Hotel is one of the best in Los Angeles. The location is premium. Rooms are very well designed and are vey large. I really liked the bathroom area with both tube and shower. Special mention to cleaning and services at the hotel. Overall a very nice stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Concierge service and hotel staff are available to make a memorable stay.
