Judy in the front is awesome and so are the rest of the check in team. Housekeeping does a great job and bedding is outstanding. I highly recommend the hotel. More: Getting a hotel in the golden triangle for under 200$s is hard to find. Love the cool room aesthetics. Only downside is the ac unit is a tad noisy. The front desk team is off the chain and the housekeeping staff is quick to act.

I love the value and comfort this hotel provides! The location is fantastic and centrally located. The parking is an extra charge but, boy is is convenient. But let's talk about the staff: I appreciate each and every one of them. Judy at the front desk is a service superstar. She solves any question that arises and does so with a smile and patience. Jen and Ariana also amaze. Eric is great and so helpful. The little downstairs bar is friendly, congenial and so convenient for that end of day cocktail. I am returning soon and looking forward to my little Bev Hills pied a terre.

My room was clean and comfortable, all the employees are professional and helpful and kind, I will be back for my next visit to this property I wish I knew the names of all the employees I know one front desk Judy , she’s was very helpful for some locations , places I needed to visit. Thanks everyone.

Incredibly nice stuff, Judy at the reception friendly and helpful, Pedro who helped me safe my earring which I lost in the sink. Comfortable cosy rooms, beautiful atmosphere. Clean, free parking, good shower in the bathroom, comfortable bed,

By far the best part of my stay was the staff. In particular, Vincenzo at the front desk. He was personable, kind, and very helpful. Morgana too, very sweet and accommodating. A great experience. I got quite sick with food poisoning during my stay and Vincenzo helped me through it. Great guy!
