This hotel is terrible I evacuated my home becouse of the fires we gave the keys to the valet and parked our car on the hill and it rolled down the hill and crashed the valet didn’t put it in park they also had no one working there don’t sleep here!!

Our room had heating on and set to high. It got extremely hot during night and the staff wouldn't do anything about it. The hotel is decorated , but under the facade it's all poorly maintained. Oh... And there's a $50 destination charge, for poorly maintained amenities. Stay away from this horrible property

Avoid This Hotel My current experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing. The following issues have made my stay uncomfortable: 1. Room condition: The furniture is damaged, there is dust everywhere, and the bathroom has clearly not been properly cleaned in a long time. 2. Cleanliness: Common areas and the elevator are dirty and poorly maintained, creating an unpleasant environment. 3. Staff service: The staff is unhelpful and unable to provide basic information, such as the general manager’s schedule, leaving no way to address these concerns. This hotel is far from the standard it advertises and feels more like a 1-star property. If you prioritize cleanliness and good service, I strongly advise against staying here.

My accommodations were a perfect blend of elegant decor and Old Hollywood charm. Exceptional, personalized service and a lovely breakfast on my balcony made this business trip a breeze! The front desk, bell, and room service team members were genuinely kind and engaging.

What a great place. Oduwa is an amazing example of above and beyond! She went out of her way to make our anniversary an amazing experience! Jared at the front was so welcoming and helpful. Amazing day and great people! Thank you for a memorable experience!
