Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

Loved this place. We seemed to have an enormous room - a huge suite which i don't remember booking??? Perhaps we were upgraded, but anyway, it was great. And the comfiest bed of all the beds we stayed in on our recent road trip of California. Lovely pillows and bedlinen too. Stayed for 3 nights and had our car in the valet parking. The staff were all courteous and kind. Breakfast, which we ate only once was a bit of a rip off, and took ages. Better to go out for breakfast in my opinion. Great location for touristy things, got an Uber to The Grove and also drove to Universal Studios.

Willy and Alex are two outstanding staff leaders at the Sofitel. We always feel appreciated and happy to arrive because of great people like them. The staff in general are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the bedding feels very soft.

We recently stayed at this hotel for the first time. We had a great experience. Very comfortable, great service, clean, and great location. The only downside was lack of response from their Spa center. They were short of staff due to the holidays.

This was our base as we moved around the US, the property was safe, clean, well appointed. Easy Uber access into BH. Staff very helpful. Rooms were spacious albeit showing their age. Front desk team where excellent as was the concierge desk.

Excellent services in all areas and rooms services. Personal are adorable and sweet; all taking care of your enjoyment and wellness. Breakfast it’s the best part of their food and they usually have a party almost everyday, most is this time of the year.
