Great experience we loved our 945 room was clean the cleaning lady was very attentive I think her name was Dora I was able to remember her name because Dora the cartoon we will be back Thank you sofitel for the great service and kind employees you have good work managers

From the time we arrived to the time we departed I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the warm hospitality that was directed to us . This Hotel is truly a remarkable place to relax and enjoy a wonderful trip to Los Angeles central to all the tourist spots .
