Amazing Stay
We felt like movie stars staying here. The service was unbelievable. The hotel and room itself was so clean . The rooms are nice with extra room than a regular hotel room. We will stay again!

Nice restaurant but shabby rooms
Really friendly staff, great food in the restaurant and a nice atmosphere in the evening. However the bedroom was very shabby and needs a refresh at this price point - stained carpet, wires hanging down, seemingly multiple air vents, outdated aircon system and a dated bathroom with a flickering light. Definitely book a dinner reservation there but no need to stay at the property.

Historic, stylish hotel
Yes overall we really enjoyed our three night stay. The hotel was quiet due to the fires but all services were working well. Good breakfast and enjoyed one lunch beside the pool. We were expecting an upgrade but did not get it (Amex FHR) but they were apologetic and upgraded us the next morning to a beautiful suite. If you want a comfortable, stylish, historic hotel in LA this is it.

Felt like a star!
Two wonderful nights at this lovely piece of LA history! Wonderful example of Art Deco architecture. The staff are welcoming, friendly and deliver excellent service. Dinner in the Tower Bar afforded us an opportunity to see two celebrities. Beds were incredibly comfortable with top quality pillows - the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The soaking tub with candles was such a luxury. So many thoughtful touches. A wonderful stay! Thank you.

Best hotel in West Hollywood
Outstanding hotel. The customer service is off the charts. The beds are so comfortable and service is outstanding free water and snack. I would only stay at this hotel. Nothing was an issue and anything you want you get. best hotel west hollywood
