Historic, stylish hotel
Yes overall we really enjoyed our three night stay. The hotel was quiet due to the fires but all services were working well. Good breakfast and enjoyed one lunch beside the pool. We were expecting an upgrade but did not get it (Amex FHR) but they were apologetic and upgraded us the next morning to a beautiful suite. If you want a comfortable, stylish, historic hotel in LA this is it.

Felt like a star!
Two wonderful nights at this lovely piece of LA history! Wonderful example of Art Deco architecture. The staff are welcoming, friendly and deliver excellent service. Dinner in the Tower Bar afforded us an opportunity to see two celebrities. Beds were incredibly comfortable with top quality pillows - the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The soaking tub with candles was such a luxury. So many thoughtful touches. A wonderful stay! Thank you.

Outstanding hotel. The customer service is off the charts. The beds are so comfortable and service is outstanding free water and snack. I would only stay at this hotel. Nothing was an issue and anything you want you get. best hotel west hollywood

Never disappoints....simply extraordinary!
Came last minute to WeHo/Beverly Hills area to meet our new grandson. Traveling there frequently, I reached out to a contact there who made it happen quickly and easily. We felt welcomed back, and valued as guests of the hotel and of the restaurant. They treat our older grandson like a prince when he stays over with us, and at the little elegant breakfasts we do with him. Little vacations there will be part of his core memories, and I love the staff for making it this way.
