I just think this is bar none one of THE best hotels. They go above and beyond in every aspect. From the service to the rooms to the location to the fact that the door is held open for you every time you enter and exit. I love this place.

From the minute, we arrived to time of check out each, and every staff member that I encountered had a world-class attitude beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in a hotel property. It was such an enjoyable trip and it was a pleasure to see folks who truly enjoy working as a team to do anything to enhance my overall experience

We adore staying at this landmark hotel! It has a wonderful vibe. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Tower Bar is a great place to catch up with family members who live in the area. It is a wonderful architectural art deco building. We always feel welcome here. The food is always good and served promptly. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The Sunset Tower Hotel is one of the Nicest & most Gracious Hotels that we have stayed at. We stay at excellent hotels on many of our travels. The Encore-Tower Suites in Las Vegas, The Ritz Carlton in Los Angeles. The Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills. As lovely as all those hotels are, the Sunset Tower is among our favorites. Everyone is wonderful and especially NESS at the front desk, who provides guests with an exceptional visit. We look forward to visiting every year.
