Established in 1975 on a palm-lined residential boulevard, L’Ermitage is a discreet, luxurious getaway located a stone’s throw from the beating heart of Beverly Hills. As the first all-suite hotel in the nation, L’Ermitage is committed to offering travelers 5-star service, excellence in hospitality, and spacious accommodations. L’Ermitage gained a reputation as an urbane retreat, and for our clientele, the discreet location, slightly apart from the bustle and somewhat out of view, is precisely the appeal. Our informed but tactful staff and thoughtfully composed, understated interiors, make our guests feel at home. Since 2000, L'Ermitage Beverly Hills has earned the rare dual designation of the Forbes 5 Star and AAA Five Diamonds awards.

Service was outstanding; everyone on the staff including housekeeping and car valet service, and especially front desk was friendly, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make our visit more enjoyable. L'Ermitage has the feel of a boutique hotel -- small and very friendly yet extremely professional. Staff is experienced and prepared to resolve even the slightest issue and made our stay very pleasant. Despite its' size L'Ermitage offers amenities (fantastic bar, restaurant, spa) and is within walking distance of Rodeo Drive and Wilshire Blvd with countless restaurants and shopping choices. Our room was well-appointed, with a large separate dressing room with numerous closets and drawers (and 2 well-lite full-length mirrors, as well as a well-lite makeup table!!) and spacious marble bathroom with double sinks and both separate shower, and tub. Mattress was wonderful and felt like it was brand-new; the Frette linens were luxurious. We will definitely return to L'Ermitage for our next trip to Beverly Hills/LA. I would give this hotel 10 stars!!!!

This hotel is incredible, no doubt one of the very best we have ever had the privilege of staying at. It is just so classy, functional and comfortable in every way that matters. Great location- walking distance to many restaurants and to Rodeo Drive, yet still super quiet as it is on a residential street. Rooms are big and extraordinarily comfortable- ours had a massive walk in closet and dressing area- my family (2 adults and two kids) were extremely comfortable here. The pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable too. If there is one thing I didn’t absolutely love about the hotel it is that the ceilings are kind of low-ish. There is no grand wide open lobby, etc. Still, the way everything is furnished and the art and the decor more than make up for it. On-site restaurant for breakfast was phenomenal. Probably one of the best I have ever had in the United States. The staff goes out of their way to help, are very friendly and seem to genuinely be happy to work there. This was true for everyone from the valet staff to the bell staff, to housekeeping, etc. Housekeeping made our room feel brand new every single day. And the turndown service was very well done and never skipped. What a great place. Pool and rooftop deck were being renovated so we couldn’t use them, but when they are done I’m sure they will be incredible like everything else. I will definitely try to stay here again on a future trip to LA. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is our favorite in Beverly Hills. From reception at valet to check in to bar, all staff greets you and seems genuinely happy to be there. We love the redo of the bar area as well. We'll be back in June! Thank you!

Unimaginably perfect in every way, from the monogrammed pillow cases and incredibly comfortable bedding to the exquisite dining options (the whole branzino was delicious at the hotel restaurant). My wife and I were pampered by this unexpectedly amazing luxury hotel. We usually opt to stay in the heart of beverly hills at the more well known 5 star hotels, but booked L'ermitage because we wanted a more private setting within walking distance to Rodeo. We literally couldn't have been happier with our decision and can't wait to return soon. Side note - the Heritage Suite was enormous and felt more like home than a hotel.

Best location in Beverly Hills. Everyone from the Valet services, Door Men, Reception, Food Services (restaurant & in room dining), Concierge to the Operations Director were Professional, Attentive and Polite. They provided great service for every need. The public areas are beautiful, clean and quiet. The rooms are large, well appointed and very comfortable. When in Los Angeles the L'ERMITAGE is where I'll be staying!
