We enjoyed a few days here to end 2024 and celebrate the New Year 2025, where we were treated to top luxury and perfect service. The wheelchair accessible rooms are spacious and comfortable, meeting all of our needs. The bed and all furnishings are perfect. The staff always make us feel welcome, greeting everyone with a warm smile, and it is like coming home to family each time we visit this hotel. We appreciate that it is easily accessible with a wheelchair, and they are always ready to help us if needed.

Beautiful hotel. Great location with shopping and restaurants within a short walk. The pool is really nice. Our room was large and lovely but we were disappointed that the towels and robes were threadbare. We had dinner one night in the hotel and it was very good. Breakfast was very disappointing. It took forever to get coffee. There were no plates and the buffet ran out of items that were not replaced. There seemed to be large meeting going so breakfast was very busy and chaotic. The people at the concierge desk were very nice and helpful.

This is a truly spectacular property. In my hundreds of Hyatt stays over a 40 year period, this was by far the most memorable. Every single person I encountered on the staff was incredibly gracious and professional. I am already looking forward to a return trip!

Superlatives are going around when it comes to luxury hotels, and we have stayed at our fair share of them around the world. But the Hotel Du Palais Biarritz truly deserves all the accolates bestowed upon it. After a one-week stay at Hotel Du Palais Biarritz we are genuinely impressed by the pristine condition of this grand hotel, with a royal lineage, as well as the friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness of the entire staff. The palatial and historical pedigree is matched by the skillful, classy service of the staff at all departments. During our one-week stay we truly felt like royals, transported 200 years back in time. After the recent deep renovation, the Palais reemerged authentic and ‘better than new’. The view of the spectacular coastline from our suite and balcony are lovely: gorgeous sunsets, and dreamy even on a rainy day. We ate every day at the hotel, and the food is amazing. La Rotonde Restaurant is really grand, with full-on incredible views of the bay and the iconic lighthouse and rocks. The service and foods are exceptional. We had a spa treatment every day, and each one was incredible, especially the Palais Du Soleil massage, and the Deep Tissue massage. We are both Globalists, and we are very pleased that the Hotel Du Palais Biarritz is part of the Hyatt portfolio of hotels as we plan to return again. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay perfect, immaculate, and memorable. The town of Biarritz is picture perfect and has so many stores and high-caliber restaurants that you would not expect in a town of this size. We are already making plans for our next long stay here. The beach and the seawall are picturesque, the town is very clean and we feel safe there. Highly recommended. This is truly one of the most unique and special hotels in the world.

This is a gorgeous property, one of the most beautiful I have visited, with public areas that are palatial. Service is first class, too, and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. My room was large and comfortable and I might have spent more time in it if I hadn't also liked the lounge and the bar so much. The dining room where breakfast is served is breathtaking. Hotel du Palais is world class, and, while not cheap, costs less than you might expect to pay in a luxury hotel of this calibre.
