Excellent place to stay
The hotel as such as well as the room are excellent. The location is perfect to visit the Guggenheim Museum at Bilbao. And the hotel staff is more than friendly and very supportive. I warmly recommend the hotel

Perfect stay,very nice location,friendly and helpful staff,very tasty breakfast. Clean room and nice room.Absolutely no reason to worry,we have really enjoyed the stay,for the next visit to Bilbao we come back to this hotel,with pleasure.

Fantastic staff at lovely hotel
Lovely hotel very close to the Guggenheim and the Fine Arts Museum and lots of restaurants. Not too far from airport bus. Fabulous breakfast. Absolutely fantastic staff helping with advice and rescuing my day sack from a lost property office, a special thanks to Ruben for this.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel, well situated near the Guggenheim Museum. The hotel contacted me prior to my departure for my travel schedule. Once I arrived at the hotel early morning, my room was ready and I received an upgrade to a room with a view of the Guggenheim. The men working at the desk were extremely helpful and courteous. I loved the self-help bar area where I could get a glass of wine, sit and relax - all on the honor system. Wifi was fast. Room was comfortable and beautiful. The hotel was within walking distance of everything I wanted to see. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.

A Place to Stay in Bilbao
Stayed here for 2 nights on the way to San Sebastian, modern interior and strategically located. All the important areas within 15 minutes walk at the max. Guggenheim Museum is just opposite, I even enjoyed the unique design from my room. Decent breakfast options but the staffs have made the stay even enjoyable. Very friendly and attentive, I had a bit of discomfort with my ears and they really helped me to connect with the medical assistance while periodically checkin on the progress. Such a nice gesture indeed. Room is well appointed, comfortable and nicely designed. Recommended.
