Great option for a weekend getaway!
The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, very close to the Guggenheim Museum. The team at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay special and help us when we needed assistance. Would happily recommend!

Great Hotel
Lovely hotel, with a perfect location just opposite the Guggenheim Museum. Staff on reception and in the breakfast room very friendly and helpful. Nice, very clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent - we hope to return here.

The hotel as such as well as the room are excellent. The location is perfect to visit the Guggenheim Museum at Bilbao. And the hotel staff is more than friendly and very supportive. I warmly recommend the hotel

Perfect stay,very nice location,friendly and helpful staff,very tasty breakfast. Clean room and nice room.Absolutely no reason to worry,we have really enjoyed the stay,for the next visit to Bilbao we come back to this hotel,with pleasure.

Fantastic staff at lovely hotel
Lovely hotel very close to the Guggenheim and the Fine Arts Museum and lots of restaurants. Not too far from airport bus. Fabulous breakfast. Absolutely fantastic staff helping with advice and rescuing my day sack from a lost property office, a special thanks to Ruben for this.
